I booked with breakfast included. The buffet is better than most, but still a buffet. Typically the scrambled eggs were rock hard. The great feature was ordering off an extensive breakfast menu - the food was fantastic!

I don’t know how I selected it, but I ordered the “BnB” reservation, which “includes breakfast” .. be very careful NOT to select this option. It corners you into ordering a single item from a limited menu, in my case a single waffle with two rock-hard freezer-burned sausage links. One bite and I thought I was surely going to regret it later. I think the price difference between the “BnB” option to full Breakfast Buffet was $4.. I would’ve paid $10 more not to be served that level of food at anything with a Hilton name attached to it. In conclusion, PAY FOR THE BUFFET .. or eat somewhere else. I didn’t have time to complain at the time.

Convenient location- free shuttle from the airport can’t be beat! Driver was nice and the front desk attendant was also friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Overnight desk clerk went over an above to assist us. She allowed us to check-in after the stated midnight cut off time and also was able to provide us some food. Pizza and Bagel for child. Very much appreciated.

Limited on Gluten Free (GF) options in the restaurant. No kettle in rooms to make English Breakfast tea for a 4* hotel. However, luckily we brought our own travel kettle so we had a plan in place.

We do not drive so it was great that the hotel has a regular airport shuttle service. We also loved the location for restaurants, coffee places and supermarkets: Dolittle's, Southern Social easy to get to. Target, Starbucks, Trader Joe, Burger King are all nearby. We had the breakfast included and although the GF options are challenging, (i.e. no GF options for breads, pastries, or cereals), it was possible to enjoy the other options and work around the buffet. Some have commented the limited choice, but we didn't mind as you could order your eggs, and switch out some items for something else. All the staff: housekeeping, reception, shuttle drivers, restaurant and cook were very, very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the nice cosy lounge area with the open fire to chill out and relax, but a coffee and tea machine would have been nice so that we could have enjoyed a cuppa whilst relaxing.

Absolutely nothing

The manager Dan checked us in, what an exceptional young man he is. I was so impressed with his professional manner. He made us feel like we were very welcome guest and he wanted our stay to be very comfortable. Our room was spotless and the breakfast options were impressive. We took the airport shuttle which was an incredibly convenient service for Hilton to provide.

Room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were nice, they were soft and plushy unlike some hotels. Plenty of outlets and toiletries were good too, I appreciated the unscented option. Very cute lobby with extensive breakfast options.

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fine, but the area was chilly. It looked like there's a draft from the exterior door, so it just made it hard to enjoy the pool in a chilly room. The buffet was okay, but not worth $15.00 for powdered eggs.

The noise and free or affordable breakfast

We could hear people walking above us in our room super late and again early in the morning. The breakfast was so expensive when you can get the same buffet from most other hotels for free.
