Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy. No place nearby for a good dinner. I chose the hotel for easy access to the highway. I was not disappointed.
I missed the breakfast because I got a late start. The lady who checked me in was very nice.

Unfortunately the HOT Water was out, the property had issues with the boiler.
Breakfast was delicious and hot! The room was very clean and modern. Tons of outlets and USB Ports for charging electronics.

Just when the guy at breakfast literally would not let us get breakfast even though we had breakfast included in my rate. We had to get tickets and even then he followed us around.

Easy-to-get-to location. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the digital key and room controls option! The front desk staff and breakfast staff were amazingly kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Wonderful stay!

I was disappointed at the price of breakfast as the price of the hotel was more than I typically spend on hotels. My shower had the bottles for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner; however, the body wash and conditioner were both empty. It was disappointing to find that out in the middle of a shower!
The location was fine. The lady that checked me in was super helpful as there was a storm coming in and she was able to brief me on what to do in case of a tornado, high winds, etc. the welcome on the TV when I walked into the room was a nice touch, and my 7 year old really enjoyed that!

When we arrived the staff that was working was not very courteous. After a 5 and a half hour drive we were tired and didn’t expect to be greeted by an unhappy staff member who treated us bad and had a bad attitude.
It was very clean and didn’t smell.

When I first walked in. The lady did not greet us. She told us to hold on. She was frustrated and extremely rude. Finally, she got to us after being on the computer mad. So checking in I told her I wanted to pay cash. She told me she does not take cash at all. All they take was card. All I had was cash and the accidental deposit on my card. So I had to stress about putting money on my card and she was frustrating me because she was frustrated and being rude. It was already late too, finally when i got the whole total amount on my card for my room she ran my card, it took my whole payment out. And she said i was good. which I didn’t understand why they took the whole payment out right there. I understand she gets busy, but she does not have to act that way and take it out on us trying to check in.  especially tired of driving. I want to be greeted and feel welcomed.  she was the only frustrated and rude one. The rest of the week in the staff was amazing and was greet us when we walked in.

We arrived around 1:00 Am tired after our flight made an emergency landing in OKC. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who got us into our rooms in a few minutes and set up our shuttle ride to the airport the next morning. The shuttle driver was very helpful and professional. The facilities were clean and very functional.

It was on a major city road, a couple blocks from a freeway and close to an airport,, so it was pretty noisy outside, but the noise did not transfer to the inside. The staff was friendly and polite.
