We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI paid extra for a suite, and I specifically booked this because I was lead to believe a bar and restaurant were available in the hotel. The staff was nice however the bathroom drain was missing? Also the coffee pot in the room was broken. I paid extra to ensure we would have a place where we could relax comfortably. Instead it reaked of cigarettes from the casino connected to the hotel, and I feel like I could have found better value and a more comfortable place to stay. The staff were very nice. Your hotel, not so much.

United Stateswhen I booked online, I booked a 2 king suite. I get there and get told that they have no rooms after a long drive to get there. was told that they don’t even have rooms with two king beds in them, he doesn’t know why the website even says that… was told at first there was nothing that could be done. then the guy puts us into a room that was supposably just remodeled and the only thing it was missing was a trash can. for THE SAME PRICE AS OUR KING PRICE! didn’t offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience or anything..get into the room and it was not a remodeled room. the tub was all rusty, paint pealing off the walls, the fridge wasn’t keeping anything cold and the beds were so uncomfortable so we checked out instead of staying. we were told we were going to get a refund because we checked out and didn’t stay the two days that we paid for. that was Sunday and we still have yet to receive a refund. this was the worst stay in a hotel that I have ever had!! will never stay here again! clearly states in my reservation TWO KING BEDS
