I'm nitpicking here because I feel as though pretty much all of my needs were met AND a storm rolled through, so with that being said I'm not sure how much of this is actually something the hotel could fix or if it was simply unavoidable. During my stay, as I mentioned earlier, a storm rolled through and this may have been the reason the hotel ran out of hot water one night and then didn't have water at all on a separate night. In addition to this the fire alarm triggered at about 4am and no explanation was given, but after the initial alarm went off it continued to trip a few more times after everyone had gone back into the hotel. Because there are other establishments nearby, parking can be a little tight, especially when there's snow and ice on the ground and you have kids to tend to.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great and provided easy access to food, gas and the interstate. I liked that they had a bar and grill downstairs but Inwish the hours were a little longer. The hotel staff was very accommodating when it came to requesting additional items such as blankets, towels and pillows.

There is free guest parking, yet there are no cameras outside. We locked our doors and still are car was broken into. We didn’t have much but we still had things stolen from our car like our fast track, garage door opener, and a bag of makeup

It’s very close to where our family lives and to the city. It makes it a perfect spot for us

Adjoining room access doors allowed clear sound penetration from neighboring room where intoxicated guest was spewing obscenities and demands for more alcohol.

No pool or hot tub, got put next to young child up late running around being noisy...parents weren't much better (not the hotel's fault though).

Bed was a little hard and lumpy. No sweetener,lids or stirrers for in room coffee. The bottle of water that was listed as an amenities in the room description was not there.. Morning desk person just looked at me blankly and held out her hand for the key cards when I checked out she did not say a word.

Easy check in. Friendly evening staff. Adequate free parking. Courtesy ice water in the lobby. Clean room and comfortable bedding. Restaurant on premises open until 10. Cocktail bar also on premises open until 10. The bartender although new was very nice and personable.

Nice, updated rooms. We stay at a lot of local hotels to get away as husband and wife now that our kids are older. This is by far the most friendly staff we've ever encountered! We've stayed at about a dozen hotels in the Portland metro area since August, so a few months now, and (with the exception of Embassy Suites Hillsboro) nobody could even come close to comparing to the staff at Hilton Garden Inn - a HUGE "shout out" to Jade at the front desk for exceptional customer service and absolutely going the "extra mile." The fitness center is really, really nice. More options and more equipment than all of the other hotels we've stayed.

The only thing that had my partner and I not so happy was the cleanliness of our bathroom. The tub was not clean for use and there was some mysterious fluid on the bathroom floor that was not clear but an opaque white color that we were grossed out by. The service was great though, anytime we asked for support or care the hotel staff was extremely helpful and supportive

I love how close this hotel is to our family that lives here in Beaverton it’s very convenient. I also love the beautiful outside area to walk our dog 🥰

No coffee cups available in the morning for breakfast at the coffee station. I requested to provide anything ceramic cups or what we get in the room and just apologized they did not have any. Really? Not good customer service.

Nothing which I remember as such. I was for one night only which is too short a time to observe negatives.

I loved the vast Lobby area, restaurant set up, outdoor seating, Room Size and overall the ambience. A short stay of one night , I had these quick observations. The colour of falls in the trees added to the pleasure of stay.

The only complaint I have is my own fault. I accidentally booked us twice for the same night and same place. Booking.com sent a request to the hotel asking them to reimburse me for one of those reservations but the hotel didn't respond.
