We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesMy particular room was a little dated and the hallway carpets looked like they were getting ready to replace/renovate. There was an “under construction sign”, so that may be what they are planning.
Very nice staff; entry and restaurant area was pretty and welcoming. The overall building and room were very clean. The room was well equipped and had comfortable beds. The location was great; close to shops, restaurants, highway, yet set back from the main road so it was very quiet.

Location was great and the staff were top notch. The hotel is located just off Hwy 5 south of downtown Redding CA. There's a new Costco and two fast-food ( Mc D's and Chick Fillet) restaurants just across the street. The Costco has a gas station attached and if your not a member there's a station a 100 yards in front of the hotel. The staff were all warm and welcoming eager to help.
