Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Mini-fridge did not have a freezer compartment. Had to pay for breakfast, when most other hotels have complimentary breakfast.
Containers of toiletries fixed to the wall, quite handy.

Could have been cleaner especially bathroom. Breakfast should have been included.
It said breakfast was included but since we booked through booking.com it was not and we didn't know that. That was one reason we booked the Hilton.

I think families with children need to be reminded that yelling and screaming and running up and down the halls is not allowed in the hotel.. Some folks are very disrespectful of others and let their children do whatever they want.. It interrupts the peace and comfort of the other guests..... Just an observation.... Some guests, like myself, are working while in our hotel rooms, and it is a huge disruption, thank goodness for noise canceling ear phones..
My stay was very pleasant, the accommodations are very nice, anytime I requested something it was provided. The staff are very mindful of our comfort and needs.

Breakfast was good but pricy. It would have been better if there had been more options. We have had some good free breakfasts in our stays at other facilities over the past few months of traveling we have done.

Breakfast is not included. $18 is a little much for a casual hotel breakfast.
Beautiful hotel in a great location! I would highly recommend staying here if in the Topeka area. The lobby is beautiful and we enjoyed having a place to hang and visit. The staff was wonderful!

I was not impressed with price of the breakfast buffet. $18 for the same type of food that you get at other hotels as part of the complimentary breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, cereal, etc).

Your bartender didn’t know when to stop pouring a customer and she was really really drunk and was a disruption to our dinner.
Everything! Wished we were told the hot tub wasn’t working when we checked in

Resturant was not very good. Price was okay, but food did not have much flavor. Not much varity.
I work nights and they accomadated my schedule so I could sleep on a work trip.

Extremely clean, staff was very nice and provided wonderful service! The restaurants and gift shops were a plus along with the location! Our family really enjoyed the pool area with two hottubs.

I didn’t like the way you can hear people stomping about above me at all hours of the night. Constant door slams that shook the wall. Hardly any water pressure in the shower.
The hotel is near restaurants, shopping centers, grocery, and gas stations.

A bit off the beaten path, but worth it. Routed by Google maps was not very direct, but finding such a nice property made it worth it. As is usual, the AC was a bit annoying. Happy to have earplugs.
Exceptionally nice property with very helpful and efficient staff. Check-in took less than 3 minutes and room was very nice. Decent coffee maker, comfortable beds and two decent chairs.

Really noisy, could hear televisions on both sides of me most of the night, kids pounding and yelling up and down the hall. Doors slamming and hearing showers starting before 6 a.m. No tea in the room, I am not a coffee drinker. Had to ask at breakfast for tea.
Breakfast was good, but was told when I checked in breakfast was not included. When I showed my receipt from Booking.com, I received a voucher for breakfast. Paid extra through Booking, would be nice if that was communicated to the staff somehow.
