Was surprised by an additional $50/night resort fee charged by the hotel in addition to my Booking.com amounts. And parking was $36/night.

Beautiful updated hotel with nice rooms and amenities. The pool is amazing with a lazy river circling it.

I have an Electric SUV and prior to my arrival I called in order to understand if I could charge my car and the answer was positive. When I got there, there was no charging station, only at a public parking around and I almost ran out of battery. Hotel should be careful on that info

However, the housekeeping services fell short of expectations and require improvement. Unfortunately, the hotel proved to be noisy and bustling due to numerous conferences, making it unsuitable for those seeking relaxation. Additionally, the bathroom is in need of rejuvenation.

We enjoyed a generously spacious one-bedroom studio at the Signia by Hilton hotel, offering comfort for us and our two children. Breakfast was delightful, and the pool with its slide brought joy to the kids. The hotel's proximity to parks and transportation was convenient.

Beware of hidden resort fees. The hotel tried to charge me an additional $150 for resort fees despite the booking.com included a resort fee. After A LONG discussion with the staff, they waived it, but it ruined my stay.

I didn't like my experience because our reservation got messed up. I spoke with a woman named Jill who was very abrasive, very discerning, and insinuated I was a liar. She couldn't locate my reservation, and gave me homework to fix it, even though it was no fault of my own. Furthermore, I was told by both property, and booking.com my reservation was correct and valid. I was treated poorly all the way until check in, and feel as though the property didn't need to address this issue, which I still would.

Carlos immediately rectified a previous wrong. The service once we checked in was pristine. Shane, Joe and everyone at Harvest Bistro was amazing. We loved the redesign, the modern upgrades, and the traditional service we're used to in staying here often. Room was clean, modern, and in a good location. Room Service was outstanding. The Market was superb as always.

The pool servicemen were really slow. Maybe add extra of those for faster service. The pictures on expedia sre not the same as the room. We thought we were getting a room with a king bed and stand up shower. We got 2 queens and a combination shower

The rooms and just about everywhere was clean. The pool was nice. Front desk was a great help. Can't remember his name, possibly Pete or that could have been the pool guy but he has a UK accent. Really nice guy.

We were not informed by Booking.com that there was going to be an incidental charge of $500 on each room at check-in for our five day stay. One of the pools was closed for repair which we were also unaware of. The hotel is not in walking distance of much of anything, although transportation options were available and convenient enough. NO airport shuttle was offered, however. Not much available for kids on site except for the small arcade.

The rooms were good size and clean. There were tons of food and drink options. Staff was very nice and helpful. The valet actually let me store a rental car with them instead of parking in the garage for a charge when I was waiting an hour for it to be picked up. A very nice roomy business class resort.
