Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The price for Valet of 55.00 a night was definitely surprising to me. I've stayed at hotels around the area and have paid 25-30 dollars a night. Even that seems a bit expensive, but; wherever I can save money works for me.
I liked the flexibility and accessibility of having my car parked at the hotel through the Valet. The staff were professional and prompt at getting my car when needed.

I love the location so close to the river walk and were able to walk to restaurants and stores near by. Loved that there’s a Starbucks and a bar!

Rooms could do with an update. Staff at front desk are surly and not welcoming. Building work across street was noisy.

Construction & noise, but due to future city improvements.
Location was great, easy access to restaurants shopping. Staff were excellent. Isabel & Carlos are Fabulous in Restaurant Cafe. They made us 4 ladies feel @ home & served us with the best attention! Thank you for the best Service guys!!

There was no breakfast. When booking this hotel I specifically looked for hotels that offered complimentary breakfast and this one came up. False advertising. Also, we upgraded to a river walk view but the room we got smelled like urine. Housekeeping tried to clean up but there was still a slight odor. Also, there is So much construction in the area, it was an eyesore.
The location was the best part. Right on the river walk.

The AC lacked some to be desired, and the bathroom had no fan. The staff was excellent other than the battery died on our safe and I was locked out. Staff moved slow and we were in a hurry to get to state basketball game. When the staff arrived to replace the battery, which I was not mad about, the lady said my roll of quarters for laundry could have "jammed" the safe. Stupid comment, that did make me mad. Overall, not a big deal, it all worked out. I'm a gym guy so I would have enjoyed a sauna or hot tub, also not a big deal.
Perfect location, nice clean rooms, friendly staff, absolutely loved the breakfast place and the irish pub.

Didnt like the parking. It was not free parking even for guests at the hotel.we have to valet park that costs additional 55$.The parking spot that they have in the hotel costs 35$ as well and you have to pay everytime you come out from the parking spot,thats why we decide to do valet for unlimited acces.Parking should be free tho.Valet or not, it was not free.

I have only 1 thing I think yall should check into. That is the shower water pressure and temp. Shower got warm but I enjoy a nice hot shower and temperature just didn't reach the level.
Overall a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds and pillows "to die for" as my wife said. Great location, great live music in every direction with nice areas to chill and enjoy the moments.

For some reason there was a strong sewage smell in our room in the middle of the night. It was so strong I woke up a few times. At first I thought it was coming from the AC vents but I think it was from the toilet.
Although there was some construction doing around the hotel, the location was great! Easy access to the Riverwalk and restaurants.

The price was high for no real service. The vending machine had pastic soda bottles, and they were flat. No where else to get sodas unless room service at $7 a drink. Absolutely NO water pressure on 19th floor. It's very hard to shower. Our last day the maid knocked on our door 3 times before check out. The first time, It woke me up at 7 am. The second time, about 15 minutes later, I told her we were checking out at 11, she came back the third time and it was 9. We just decided to go.
