Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesWe had pets so by the time we got all charges, taxes, fees, parking, etc. added into the bill it was $330 for a room with no view of the Promenade on a Wednesday night. That's pretty steep even though the hotel and staff are great.
Great location and the staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

United StatesIt was loud being right therr on the Landing. Also thought it was hard to get to other Hilton to eat, especially with a wheelchair. The issue with being shocked everytime we left out room to get to the elevator and back. My wheelchair must of created static electricity, but the bellman that helped us with our luggage said the carts create the same shocks. And these are strong stocks to where you see the lightening between the object you touch and your finger.
It was comfortable and right in the heart of Branson. The staff was great and respectful, always checking on us.

United StatesGot there a little bit early asked if we could check in the check to see if the room was ready and said they have to charge us 30 more dollars we were like an hour and a half early and said we could come back when we came back they told us ready and ended up I had to give $100 ball and they refund me for my parking expenses
