It’s a stretch to say anything-we love Rathbone! We did notice that our ironing board needed repair. We absolutely love staying at this hotel and have stayed there 5 times now. We have no complaints.

Location, value, safety, pool, room fridge and microwave, free street parking, room size, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, quiet, and privacy for this hotel are excellent. It is in a pair of historical homes on Esplanade in Treme, near enough to walk to Bourbon St, Decatur, and Frenchman St. The hot tub and pool are open till midnight and are a welcome treat midday or after a long day.

It's our second time... always great. We were in 3rd floor lots of stairs but we will book for different room next year. Yes this is a tradition now at rathbone. The staff was awesome helping us with a event ticket issue. They helped us get everything situated. Me n my son love the place and they are always so amazing. It's safe and quiet and yet still close to everything u want n need

Unfortunately my room was next to the gated entrance, so the gate kept banging on guests entering & leaving which disturbed my sleep.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to the French quarter, Frenchman st & Armstrong park. Lovely friendly staff. You can store luggage.

The property is split in 2 houses on opposite side of the road. Not far away but a small inconvenience

Excellent location to visit on foot the French Quarter and Frenchman street. Nice small pool and hot tub. Although did not take breakfast, coffee and snacks were available

We loved everything! It was perfect for the two of us. When we arrived it it was so clean and smelled wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was so nice having a hot tub and pool after a day full of fun activities. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to everything.

Parking was only on the street. Towels at pool had holes in them. Hot tub was not hot.

The room was a bit cold and the electricity had a tendency to trip if you had the heater on with other devices at the same time. After the first two night it warmed up and then it was fine. Getting in the first time was a bit tricky but we managed

The room has masses of atmosphere. The hotel/apartments were reasonably place on the edge of Treme and walking distance to the French Quarter. There was an unexpected free coffee and snacks at breakfast. The pool was lovely The staff were friendly

Everything in this building was really nice. I loved the stairs that led you to your room gave me a NYC vibe 😁. Vintage building great location, clerk was very helpful

I had a really heavy bag this trip (full of presents for family) and it was a little awkward to get it up the stairs - there are no elevators and we were warned - no one’s fault, but do be aware if you have mobility or strength issues.

Beautiful, historic home, close enough to walk to Jackson Square/Bourbon Street/ Cafe du Monde, etc. The pool was too cold to use (we were there in March) but the hot tub was nice.

We arrived very late, but we had an entry code. Our room was wonderful. After a long day of traveling, it was so refreshing. Next morning, the young lady was so welcoming. Great location, able store luggage for the day. Will be back!!

The heat was provided by a small electric heater. It wasn't warming the room. I didn't realize there were stairs I would have appreciated staying on the first floor. The first floor wasn't available though.

The room was fantastic, the bathroom was gorgeous as well as the garden were perfect for my dogs.
