Everything. This loft is gorgeous.. spacious, comfortable, close to everything, and everything we wanted. When we got there there was no hot water we sent a message and before we knew it it was fixed. They respond super quick to any issues. So nice. We loved everything.

It was February so it was cold inside.

It was very clean and a lot of room. Nice layout.

We were not able to watch a movie due to the glitches in the Wi-Fi, we wouldn't get too far into a movie, and it would shut down. However, we did not have trouble with our phones.

The beds were amazing! I would recommend staying more than 1 night. We arrived in town early for an appt, we had hoped for an earlier check in just to have time to get settled but quite a bit more for early check in. After being up since early that morning we were too tired to go back out for dinner. Pizza Crossing is right there, (a big reason I chose this location!) so we walked over to pick up our order and just stayed in our room. It was so wonderful night.

The stairs leading up to the loft steep and narrow and could present an issue for young kids and people with mobility issues. We stayed one of the first cold ( 35 degree ) nights. The heat was sufficient for our one night but we couldn’t get it warmer.

Located in town close to stores and restaurants. Very interestingly cool rustic decor which suited the older warehouse exposed brick and hard wood floors, using barn siding and large wood slab furniture. The open layout was spacious and comfortably furnished. Kitchen well stocked with full size frig, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable. Very large game room.

There was a used ?? Not sure what it was. Wet napkin or piece on toilet paper in the shower. We didn’t use the shower but it still should not have been there.

This is our second time staying here. We were very impressed and pleased with the property. We will stay again in the future.

the heating takes a minute to catch up due to the large size of the space. The provided space heaters help greatly with that

very roomy and would be great for a family of four. The decor and general finish of the loft is amazing. The included photos do not do it justice.

In love with the rustic look in the loft. Great attention to detail. The game room was fantastic! Stayed up way to late in there. Need a regular pool table in there too! So much room, can't wait to come back.

It was noisy at night, but that was expected because it was in town.

Not easy. I was emailed the wrong code number and had to call and get the correct one. then, I had no trouble getting the key.

A body soap dispenser in the shower for guests would be nice. I may have missed it, but there was no soap in the shower. Soap was provided for hands and kitchen though. Also, a coffee packet for a pot of coffee would be convenient. We hope the jukebox is fixed next time too!☺️

The decor was unique and beautiful. We loved the game room and had a tremendous amount of fun playing them!❤️

There were so many remotes for lights/fans and we couldn't figure out how to get lights to turn off but the fan to stay on. The steps going up were really steep and I recognize there's really nothing you can do about that. We were also really excited about the juke box and it wasn't working :(

Loved the design of the loft and how welcoming it was. Perfect for families!

I know the location plays a small role, but there was some significant noise at night from sirens from EMS, etc. I realize the loft can't help emergencies, but you realize how much insulation is missing when the sirens are your neighbor.

Really thought the loft was cool, and welcoming. The additional game room had a A/C malfunction, but it didn't really bother us. We didn't use it, and just closed the room off.

We were confused at where to go at first for parking, but once we walked around the building, we figured it out.

Awesome apartment! Very clean and comfortable, just like being at home. Loved the decor and the historical aspect of the building. Convenient location in Downtown Logan with plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. Short drive to Hocking Hills.
