United StatesA parking was a little bit tight but not bad considered it's in a congested City area.
We were on the third floor which had been newly remodeled and it was very beautiful. The room had a cute little tiled shower and it had room for everything you would need plus a little sitting couch. The pillows on the bed were quite soft which was unexpected. We also had a microwave and refrigerator which I must have when I travel. Everything was clean and there was even a very dark blackout curtain that centered the window which knocked out all the light. The air conditioner blew very cold and kept us comfortable all night. The breakfast was lovely and the staff was very polite and cheerful

United StatesMy shower didn't work, or I couldn't get it turned on. I'm sure they would have moved me to another room but was so tired I didn't ask. Did not get to eat breakfast. Have to leave by 5:30 am.
The bed was very very comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Which is important here in Texas. It was so so clean. They had good fresh cookies at the front desk.

United StatesThe hand held shower head would not stay on the insert and blue was hot and red was cold water, the side door was easily accessible to enter without a key card from the parking lot at all hours of the day and the decor was dated. No hot tub! Lighting in room and restroom was poor.
Clean and didn't smell, breakfast was better than expected. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant.

United StatesWe arrived a earlier and called the hotel from the airport to ask if our room was available sooner & I was told it could be by 2pm. When we got there the room was not ready but I told the receptionist that I'd wait right in front of her in the dining area until it was ready. Once i noticed guest arriving & being checked in I went back to the reception area and spoke to who I think was the manager. She looked and our room was ready & checked us in, but I guess the lady whom i previously spoke to forgot all about me. I used the gym facilities and I think they could have been cleaner. Fortunately they did provide wipes and I wiped the equipment down before using. My room was great but I do think they need to replace the mattress, you could feel the coils. My husband was going to use the bathroom on the ground floor and noticed someone had an accident, there was feces on the floor. My husband went to the receptionist and told them and they said they knew and would take care of it. My son went to the same bathroom approx. 1hour later and the feces was still there.
The hotel and room was clean. Angel, who was cleaning and refilling the breakfast foods, was excellent! She was so friendly & polite & gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation.
