    Room was nice & clean.

    Breakfast included on Booking which WHY I picked it but there was ZERO breakfast items.

    I did not stay the night here. I walked in and smelled how bad it smelled and left. I got charged anyway, but I learned that it was flooding back in Texas near my home and I got back in time to take action. I don't want to stay here again, tho.

    The secondary door lock falling off must be manipulated to stay in place. The chair with wheels doesn’t roll. The bed sits up too high very hard to get onto bed. When checking internet for somewhere to stay Days Inn 701 S Holiday Drive Tahlequah Ok listed a pool as one of their amenities. My room was at pool side. Pool was nasty and closed. Shame on you Days Inn.

    What breakfast??!!! Unfortunately, breakfast was not provided.

    My digital key did not work on the back door. The whole place was in a state of disarray. It's great that some renovations are being made; but, with so many things going on at once, it seemed like chaos.

    Staff had no knowledge on how to cancel one of our nights. no breakfast offered. Still waiting for my refund. not having a manager on site to take care of any issues with checking out.

    Brittany with Housekeeping was amazing. She took care with our room and made sure my special requests were done every day.

    The front desk staff was not so great. The welcome was like warm at best and when we were told there was no breakfast because they had facility issue there was no true apology.

    They worked with us on our arrival time, which was very late, thank you.

    On the website it has that breakfast is offered, but it is not. That should be removed.

    Breakfast room was closed for renovations. We should have been told about that when we made the reservation--should get a partial refund. There were no hangers in the room. The shower had equipment that was difficult to know how to operate.

    Air did not work, house keeping banging on my door at 7am. Someone held a party in the hall outside my door all night long. Management claimed that i had smoked in the room and charged my card $250 I do not smoke! Would not refund my money and would not listen to me. Sounds like a scam to me

    Loud. People yelling and running up and down the hall at 2am. Claimed I smoked in my room and charged $250 to my card.
