Some of the public areas needed tidied up on a more regular

It has newly been renovated. The bathroom was new. The mattress was brand new. The room was awesome and clean. The hallway had different pieces of debris that obviously needed vacuumed and hasn’t been done for a couple days. All the staff were super friendly and attentive.

Our room lacked some necessary items-- lighting in the bathroom was sub-par (2 of the lights didn't have bulbs and there wasnt asecondary light option to brighten the room). Our window only had a white sheer curtain, nothing heavy or dark to block the sunlight when the sun rises at 6 am.

It's a nice, clean hotel close to the amiptheater, casino and plenty of restaurants. Very nice pool. Staff was accommodating & welcoming. The rooms are tidy and spacious. Cute little vanity in our room to get ready at!

The Smell!!!! Lobby area smelt like they have plumbing issues. Lobby is not inviting, dark and out dated.

I specifically called to verify there would be shuttle service to the amphitheater prior to reserving the stay. Nothing was mentioned about it at check in. At 5pm we called to get a reservation for the shuttle and we're told it was full and no additional riders would be taken. Very disappointing!

I liked the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the late night staff.

In the evening, the hallway to our room smelled of marijuana.. Once in our room, I could still smell Marijuana. I just wish if there is no smoking, that would include vaping.

When we first walked in our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room wasn’t ready at check in so we waited at the bar for them to call us when it was ready and after and hour my husband went to check on it because we had a concert to get to. They had forgot about us. We still made the concert so it wasn’t that big of a deal, just frustrating. The waitress Saturday morning was absolutely horrible. we sat down and she ignored us. Kinda tossed menus at us and went about her business. She asked if we were ready yet about 10 minutes later and when I asked if we could get some drinks she rolled her eyes. At the same time she was ignoring the rest of the people in the restaurant. Luckily after we ordered bloody Mary’s she had to go get April (the best employee we encountered) and she became our waitress as well as the cook. April would try and help the other lady by teaching her the things she was making mistakes on and the other waitress would reply with “I know how to do my job” or “if you’re going to be out here telling me what to do then you may as well do it yourself”. It was very unprofessional and made us very uncomfortable. Other than that, the only other issue was the bar didn’t open until 5:00. There was an afternoon Cardinals game on and we wanted to watch it and have a couple drinks and they were closed. We ended up going down the road to Dave and Busters.

The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle to and from the amphitheater was very convenient. April the bartender we had on Friday and she was also the cook on Saturday morning was awesome. The food was great and she was super sweet.

The only snag in my stay was my room did not have a hair dryer.

Our room stunk. And there was food still in the floor when we got there in the closet was a banana pepper we noticed there was not fire alarm but the biggest issue was the smell. It was a weird smell that we couldn't figure out. They also didn't clean room the time we were there and we didn't put the sign on the door for them not too. We needed new towels and trash taken out but they never did. We stayed 2 nights and normally rooms are cleaned daily unless u request them not to be

most of the front desk staff I encountered were very grouchy. They didn’t offer clean towels or to dump the trash. The restaurant/bar was supposed to be open until 9/10 and when I got back from the hospital at 8 after not eating all day it was closed.

was disappointed with the shuttle only two times in am. Felt it was misleading with the parking and shuttle service. So we ended up going to airport to park. Also had to pay for breakfast of other two staying, only get one pass for breakfast. Then after I paid for two breakfast Chef called in that day. So needless to say left and went to airport to have breakfast and park.

2 lightbulbs we're out in our room. We told the staff at the desk after checking in in the evening and they were replaced the next morning.

Breakfast menu was good. One entree was a large enough portion for 2 of us to share.

Things that are not in your control - too many people - can barely walk around. I have to be very alert driving. Do you need to build more hotels? Will this madness ever settle down?

Once we got there we were charged another $25 for incidentally fees. The gal in front of me in line paid $20 less than I did for her room. She was also upset about the fee. The phone was ringing off the hook. A male staffer had a phone on speaker at the front desk and was asking if this was the person who just called and cussed him out. Not sure what it was about. Drunk women bringing in a giant package of water on the hotel cart laughing and greeting anyone they came in contact with. Our bathroom wasn't super clean.

Property was not clean. The room had dirty carpet that was not vacuumed. There was some sort of food dried up in the vent of the air conditioning. The bathroom shower had black areas in the corners

Very rude staff. Check in time was 3 pm, arrived at 4 pm, didn’t have a room ready until 5:30!!! We waited in their lobby for an hour and a half. Black mold on bathroom ceiling, shower drain & sink drain wouldn’t even drain, & ice machines didn’t even work.
