The halls seemed a little ran down and the queen beds were more like full instead. They were really tiny.

The breakfast was great and so was the staff!

Could not get change for the washer and dryer, had to walk to the gas station. Maybe a change machine should be put in the building since they also have vending machines.

Everybody who worked there from the front desk to the bartender was extremely friendly. These accommodations were wonderful, clean and comfortable.

The bed in my room. the sheets weren't changed. There were hair in the bed, also, a wet towel still hanging up. So you tell me. Room didn't have a microwave. I thought $15 for breakfast was too much to pay, along with the cost of parking.

I did not like that the shuttle does not pickup from the international terminal.... that cost us another $25 and 30 min extra to get to the hotel... Had I known that, I would have not picked this hotel

We booked and paid for 4 adults' breakfast included, which reflected on the reservation. But in the morning, during breakfast, we were only given 2 coupons.

The tub in the bathroom backed up No continental breakfast for the cost Bathroom door couldn't stay open Pay for parking at the price we payed to stay and it was almost $20 a day. Flat rate would have been better if you gonna charge. Refrigerator wasn't that cold. The bed had my back hurting..

There was confusion about breakfast. Friends of ours got vouchers for the breakfast and were checking in the same time at the same price and waited the same amount of time to get a room. They got breakfast vouchers and we didn’t. We had to pay for our breakfast it didn’t make sense how they chose who got breakfast vouchers and who didn’t.

People there were very nice very professional.

Staff doesn’t have idea of airport parking locations. The shuttle drives only to domestic not international departures. By check in staff refused to get points in my Holiday Inn account since the booking was done through booking.com

We requested double beds but only got one bed and a sofa bed. Was not able to use all the amenities. The dresser draw was taped shut in the bedroom. No one informed us about breakfast tickets for our free breakfast. We did find out the next morning.

The breakfast was good. Everyone was very nice. If we asked for anything someone would help us. Our room was on the first floor.

Light switches hard to find. When I switched lights by door, they didn’t come on so I had to prop open door and stumble around to find light I could turn on.

We were a little shocked that you had to pay $14 a person to get breakfast. We were under the impression that there was a free breakfast, similar to most holiday inn branches.

The hotel was very secure! You needed your room keys to get in and out of the parking lot, up the elevator and through most of the doors (besides your room). Also, it was very clean. For our stay in particular, that was a huge plus as we had been staying somewhere that wasn’t clean at all. We felt very comfortable. And the restaurant/bar area was very nice. We didn’t go, but it looked nice!

It was already quite old and looked “worn down” in the rooms.

The staff was very kind. Requesting a bit of a later check out was very easy and not a problem at all. Breakfast was alright. Shuttle to airport worked great and there is a subway and arbys close for some dinner.
