We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMy only complaints was the smell in the elevators,the shower leaked everywhere from the tub/shower combo due to a design flaw and the valet. While the customer service of valet was excellent, I’m not sure what was going on sometimes with them retrieving my vehicle. Our second night valet took so long we were late to our dinner reservation which resulted in a big mess with the restaurant but nonetheless the valet staff were still great.
The property was super clean. High end luxury feels. I loved the dim lighting. For a second my partner thought we were in a 50 shades of grey hotel lol. The staff was super attentive to our needs and went the extra mile. Any complaints we may have had were addressed immediately. The property boasted a number of great amenities to enjoy.Which were great for times where we didn’t want to leave the property but still wanted to get out of our room. We loved how the cinema allows you to connect your phone for a more personal experience. Everything was great!!!!

I also disliked that they didn't tell me that we had to request for the room to be made up, which is fine but we weren't informed and had to ask. A tea kettle would be amazing in the room. The Nespresso machine was fine, but when getting hot water for tea it still had coffee grounds in it.
Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the size of the room was amazing (it was huge!). I also loved the closet space and drawers. The fridge was interesting and unique. The color scheme was beautiful and the spaces around the hotel were beautiful.

It was a bit challenging upon check-in, but I would like to explain what is being charged, and I did get that later in the check-in process. When you check out, the system seems as if they want to run the card again, and in my experience, you just close the bill out, so what was pending now becomes an official charge. Also, offering breakfast would be great. They had some delicious pastries and pressed juice but would have liked the option of pancakes, waffles, eggs, and bacon to eat in my room before checkout and enjoy the balcony a bit more.
What I like was the patience of the staff. They were friendly and easy to speak with. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay and it was a great birthday celebration. They surprised me with a bottle of champagne, and I thought that was a nice gesture for me to celebrate. The dinner was delicious! And the glass of wine I had with my dinner.
