Someone from the staff entered our room at midnight while we were sleeping with towels that we had asked for much earlier. He was standing in the hall of our room while my husband was in his underwear making his way to the door. TERRIBLE!

The shower had low pressure & took a long time to warm up, the bar turned the lights off when we were sat in it despite opening times till 12pm (I was 10pm)

When I arrived front desk assistant failed to properly check me in which resulted in a double charge on my credit card

Location! Perfect less traffic area but close to everything. Clean and professional staff . Welcoming . Manager was quick to fix any issues and even called me to confirm that everything was handled! I believe her name was Sara

The parking. No one told us you didn't validate. We paid everytime we left the parking garage. It got to be very expensive.

It was closer to the business district than any cool downtown hangout. I bit expensive for what you got, especially after seeing rates in town after I had already booked. Did not offer a compensation program for loyalty spending at the IHG market. Unusual for a hotel not to offer an incentive to buy in their hotel. Bar hours were limited and the buffet was way too expensive. I was told on the phone the buffet was included, was surprised to see a $50 bill.

The room was clean and the staff were awesome. The market on site was expensive but helpful to have. The staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early.

The layout was odd. Had to take 2 sets of elevators to the room. Our room, on the 19th floor, was noisy because the layout is in an atrium so all of the lower level noise projected up to the rooms. There was wallpaper peeling off of the bathroom wall and the first night we didn't have a full towel service. There were 2 beer pints sitting on the floor of the hallway the whole time we were there. It became a joke to see each morning if they were still there. Cleanliness was sub-par. The location is a hoof to food and transportation but at the same time, the view was lovely and away from most of the hustle and bustle.

We stayed 4 days. The staff was always extra pleasant and helpful. I felt safe and the lobby/common areas were very clean. There is a small bottega for water etc. The lobby bar has great views. The bed/pillows were very comfortable.

the pool was pretty chilly and the water being poured in the pool had to be extremely close to freezing I put my hand under the faucet going into the pool and it was FREEZING

Great location—close to public transportation and attached to the Mart. The room was lovely and newly renovated. Very comfortable. It’s a bit loud because you’re in the heart of the city (bring earplugs), but very convenient and close to many, many food options.

The hotel is sharing the building with some offices so you have to change elevator every time you go up to your room Room wasn’t cleaned properly No room service after hours Waiters at the breakfast buffet kept asking for a tip in a very aggressive way even though i only saw her once when she pointed me where to sit!! Parking is in a different building and quiet expensive
