There website showed a bar. We specifically booked this because of the bar. We wanted to be able to drink and not have to worry about drinking and driving. We wanted to be able to watch the Green Bay Packers playoff game. When we checked in we found out that the bar was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. We booked it for a Sunday and had to drive to a restaurant to watch the game which defeated the purpose of staying here

I would have liked another lamp or two for lighting in the parking lot. It was very dark by the time I arrived and parking lot could have been better lit.

I appreciated the room. The bed was comfortable. I was able to easily adjust the temperature. And the bedding was thick enough that you felt covered when you got into bed. I also appreciated the movable writing desk so I adjust where I was sitting and still be able to write.

Did see ONE ROACH in my room which was surpriseing .Breakfast was ok but pricey , better food and coffee just down the road (minutes away).....

The beds are very cozy and the hot water was also nice too!

I am pretty sure I ordered the hotel with breakfast included but it wasn't. $16.99 is kinda expensive. Also the mirror lights in the bathroom were blinking all the time.

The really need to fix the elevators. They fail to open or close randomly without warning

The double rooms are a bit small, king rooms are good but sofa beds can use some decorative throw pillows. Awful that the windows dont open because it has a bit of a damp smell in the rooms and no fresh air

The breakfast attendants and cooks were very friendly. Beds comfortable . Great breakfast buffet. Nice pool

The room was in disrepair, there were 2 holes in the wall, the light in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the toilet and toilet seat were loose and had to be fixed at check in, the faucet in the bathroom leaked and the hideaway bed had crumbs hair and hair ties on it. I voiced concern to the front desk staff on our first night about the hideaway and was assured housekeeping would take care of it. The next day house keeping came in and cleaned the whole room with the exception of the hideaway. We mentioned it to the desk staff again. Again we were assured the issue would be resolved. The next morning we stripped the bed and left it out for the housekeepers. Upon our return again the bed was not cleaned. 3 nights at the hotel and they couldn't clean a mattress. The hotel also only had 1 working hydraulic elevator which means at times you had to wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator to reach you.

I recently stayed there without problems but this time I was expected to post a $100 incidental charge prior to getting my room key. I asked what this was for and apparently this was to cover damage to the room. I'm expecting to be refunded this as the room remained undamaged. I was not informed of this policy prior to getting my key which I found a questionable policy. Otherwise the stay and the room were fine.

The vent in the bathroom ran non stop. Not sure why but at night had to close the bathroom door so I didn't hear the vent. Breakfast could have been less expensive and had a little trouble with key card. Had to have it redone.

Location was perfect. Close to all the things we were going to do. Breakfast was good but very expensive. I did not have a breakfast coupon for some reason. Elevator was so nice because you could see all the fall colors through the glass.

Pool was closed with no mention of this on line. No hot tub at all.

Room amenities were nice. Lights in the bathroom were a bit harsh, could use a dimmer switch. Lights by the bed should have switches located at bed hight rather than up at the lamp.
