We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

It could have been a little cheaper on the price.

A little pricey for the location and the amount of other options at that exit. Newer hotel it seems, need to have someone clean or vacuum the return air vents in common areas especially when getting off the elevator first thing we seen getting off the elevator to our room return air vents covered in dust. Lots of pillows in our room seemed like all were the same ones some places have a mix of firm and soft these were all soft had to use 3 . Also you have to pay for breakfast should be included, when every other hotel includes it. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be price shopping. All in all it was okay, we were just passing through and needed a place to rest for the night. Staff was very nice everyone we encountered were friendly.
Like the location to the interstate, check in was easy.

The people next door to us were really noisy but that’s not the hotels fault.
I liked the dove shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body wash that comes in pump bottles in the shower and on the sink in the bathroom. Very clean. Lots of pillows. Staff was very friendly. It’s a nice hotel.

The key access for the stairwells from the outside didn’t seem to work.
Caroline at reception was pleasant and helpful. Everyone was pleasant, and the place was clean. Very much a step above other similar priced hotels.

There was a mildew smell in the bathtub, but only if the drain plug was lifted up all the way. We closed it unless we were using the shower, and this mostly eliminated the smell.
The location was great and we had access to several close restaurants.

The property was very clean which is a huge deal with my family having someone who is germaphobic and OCD. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, the facilities were quiet and had signs asking guests to keep it down after 9 out of respect for all guests. Will definitely stay here again

I would have enjoyed more selections for breakfast compaired to other Holiday inns we have stayed at...which is a lot of them the selection was not as much as the others

Breakfast was not included!Breakfast was a cost, advertise as breakfast included, but breakfast is NOT INCLUDED. I booked this hotel online, but as I arrived she said that they had no room for me with 2 beds. It was the kindness of another front desk staffer that upgraded me as it was very late and I was traveling with 2 young children. The advertisement was false and misleading. I booked and paid with my credit card and there was no 2 bed room available. Disappointed with the whole process, if no rooms were available, it should have been removed from the online availability list. The barn door to the bathroom was not practical, couldn't close bathroom door completely for privacy.
Did not eat breakfast! I was given 2 adults rewards for breakfast, but didn't use. My room was very clean, but needed more wash cloths. 2 adults and 2 children in my party. One front desk staffer saved the day for me! If it wasn’t for her kindness, my family would have been uncomfortable for the night. She upgraded my room and gave me the breakfast rewards. The other front desk attendant was not flexible, maybe she was new. I was traveling with 2 children and it was very late.

The man on duty at 130 am when we checked in. He was not very curteous. He was asked several times to speak up please becsuse we couldnt hear him. He was juat not very friendly. However everyone else that we encountered was wonderful!! Maybe he was just having a bad night.
Everything was amazing. We enjoyed our stay! Definitely will go back.

The only thing that didn't work was the phone and the dresser drawers were wonky.
