Elevator did not work we had to use the stairs.Our room was right next to the stairs rm 244 and it was so noisy to sleep due to ppl having to use the stairs.The next day I had to ask for clean towels 3 times and I never got the coffee pods I asked for by the way they were out of regular coffee There was so many sugar aunts that crawled on us as we laid in bed,also the pool area was so dirty there was towels and trash every where.Also thanks for letting us know breakfast wasn't included .Bummer!!!! Also there was an event at the parking lot of the hotel we had no clue about we had to park super far from the main entrance. So yeah there's your review. I put the like and not like together Oh room was super clean and fresh when we arrived. Thank you

We got put on the first floor due to the elevator being out of order. Housekeeping wasn’t available, our room was not serviced in the days we were there. Did not have breakfast, it was cafe style to order, however sat down, had one other family in the room and was not attended in a reasonable manner so we left. Breakfast should have been complimentary imo.

Air conditioner did not cool the room off. Didn’t realize the property was undergoing renovation. Elevator wasn’t working and we are on the third floor with a 7 month old. Lots of things to carry up and down the stairs.

The room was basic and a good value for the $100 rate. The hallways and overall hotel need a good cleaning and upgrade. The first room they gave us was not clean and they had to give us another room. The hot tub was broken and not working.

The pool was open late The front desk lady is rough around the edges but helped us out with a booking error which we appreciate. The cleaning staff was nice

We booked because it had a pool. Pool was drained and out of service. Would have been nice to be told this before we arrived so we could make other arrangements. Then to have to pay for breakfast in the morning, most hotels offer it free.

Booking.Com showed a pool (out of service) a restaurant on site ( breakfast only) a bar on site ( never was open) and we requested a roll in shower. Well none of that happened . Arrived at 830 at night after being on the road over 7 hours and had to travel more just for food and drink that was supposed to be there .Not terrible but next time I book I will make sure that the amenities are available like the property indicates. No discount was offered for all the things that were not available.

the hallways had a small. The bathroom had mildew spots on g the ceiling above tub, and mold in the corners along top of tub, I believe due to no exhaust fans being in bathroom.

The front was clean and smelled like chlorine due the the pool being close, and the water fountain in front lobby.

The rooms need to be updated bad, I think they are in the process of updating them currently, but our room looked half done. The tile around the tub was redone and pretty, but the tub was nasty and paint peeling off, the tub faucet was old and coming off the wall. The carpet was gross and the bed was miserable. We could feel the springs through the bed and it was a firm mattress with no cover

The hotel is quiet and the pictures live up to their expectations for the most part. The room we had is huge and we were able to comfortably spend time in the room. The window was huge and provided natural light. The pool was nice and relaxing.

It needs to be updated, it’s old and it smells. The bed was clean and the towels were clean, but the smell of that carpet was bad. The air conditioner smells too. Also, for the price I expected free breakfast. It was a fair stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
