There were exposed wires in the ceiling in the hallway. Water stains on ceiling. Carpet had burns and very old. Bathtub was stained. Fire alarm went off. W

Handles hanging off the shower doors and sink unit, looks like the room was painted by a child with patches of wall paint all over the ceilings. Everything was old, tired and in need of tlc. Picture hooks on wall but no pictures. The breakfast was pitiful, not like other Sleep Inns. no bagels, waffles, tea or fruit. Just cereal, toast and coffee. Pot holes you can swim in in the parking lot. Overpriced for what we got, which was a night in a terrible hotel. We stayed in sleep inn Belmont and gave that one 10/10 this was a poor sleep inn and I would never go back to this property.

Hey, overall the stay was great. My only concern was the outside hangout. Not too many but I could tell the outside was doin drug exchange. Also as I was checking out I could see street walkers approaching the sleep in not sure if they stayed there but it was not a good look. But the customer service was excellent the room was peaceful it’s very quiet and clean it just has a bad smell when walking inside the building, it did not smell the same once I got to my room it was okay

The things I hated most were 1. Showers & 2 Breakfast. The shower I high expectations for considering it was a nice see through glass one. However, the builder of the shower must’ve been cooky. The shower knob is on the far side on the opposite of the shower opening and you have to step almost fully into cold water to turn it on. Secondly, there was no hot breakfast. The only thing they had was waffles cereals and muffins. It was a disappointment for sure. Luckily IHOP is directly beside the location. One of the elevators was down. Not a huge deal. Had graffiti written on the inside of it as well. Halls are a little outdated but the room was surprisingly nice and as good as shown on pictures.

The rooms seem to be nice and updated. There’s an IHOP next door since the breakfast is very lacking.

Need alot of upgrades, looks likes they are in the middle of replacing some furniture, items throughout the hallways, grud around surfaces, carpet needs to be replaced, gate entrance has alot of pot holes at the entrance and along the sidewalk. Would suggest they shut down until updates to facility are made inside and out

When it was time to check out one of the Staff was rude & wasn't goin to let me get our belongings out of the room due to me having to have my friend watch my child didn't seem like he trusted me wantes me to make one trip wit all the belongings that I had but couldn't

the bathrooms were filthy ,you could tell no one mopped or sweep before my arrival.Other things about the room let me know they aren’t properly cleaned.
