It was priced decently.

It wasn't the cleanest. The cleaning staff went into the room with my items and I did not like that. The breakfast was free but not great. The staff didn't seem like customer service was the top priority in my opinion.

Where do I start... our room still smelled of smoke from a fire two years ago at a property next door. Sink in room had a horrible Odor coming from drain. Scotch tape holding pieces of ceiling in place.coffee cups with lids that don't fit.

Staff were very nice and friendly

This hotel advertised free WiFi, but it never worked. The TV couldn’t connect to WiFi, so we couldn’t cast anything from our phones or watch on YouTube or Netflix. There was hair on the bed, and the linen smelled so bad that it was obvious it hadn’t been washed. There was no washing machine on-site, and when we asked the hotel staff for towels, they told us we’d have to wait until later because all the towels they had were dirty. The pool was absolutely disgusting! The pool room smelled so bad and felt like it had no ventilation. The moment you walked in, you got a headache. The pool was filthy, and the water was very dirty.

Free breakfast. Good sized room with sofa. Nice shower. Indoor pool if that's your thing.

Our room was not ready on time. I needed to change for an event and had to change in a conference room. I had called in the morning to confirm a room would be available and it was not.

Comfortable enough! Bed was good, room was large, and the breakfast was good !

The breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of pastries, yogurt and cereals. The layout was perfect. Drinks were separate from the food causing less congestion. The sitting area was very large. Staff stayed busy refilling the food stations, emptying the trash and cleaning tables. The hotel was right off a major highway and is in the heart of Stroudsburg.

The only complaint is that we reserved the room for 3 and it was only set up for 2. We needed to request extra bedding and towels.

Breakfast and hospitality of those serving was awesome. Room was clean and well kept.

Hotel itself was old and facilities like gym and pool were not to par for Holiday Inn. We expected it to be much better. Location was not what we expected and felt isolated but that's probably because we don't know the area. That said, it's a very short drive to Main Street which has all the restaurants and close to almost all locations.

The friendliness of the staff was very welcoming.

The air conditioner was difficult to understand because when I turned it up to a higher temperature, the heat came on. It was quite confusing to understand.

They property is great. We loved the room super relaxing.

Unfortunately we got placed on the second floor, which would not have bad but the people on the floor above us walked the floors all night it seemed. Someone jumped and felt like the ceiling was gonna come down. Scared us right out of bed. Definitely will be more selective when we stay again

Only the parking nt enough parking.

The receptionist did not greet us and wasn't pleasant or friendly. The front desk was dirty with a stain from something spilling on it and it wasn't cleaned up. The 1st room smelled and the scan to open the door was missing a part. Requested a new room which was granted but it smelled like Clorox since they had just finished cleaning it and the musty carpet smell was not as bad since the AC was on. Could not lower the AC so we had a cold night's sleep. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest with repair shops around us. It is near the highway so maybe that's why but I would not stay there again and thankfully we didn't book two nights as we were intending. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast because I didn't trust the cleanliness of the property so this was not a good value to me.

I didn't get any pushback from the manager when I requested a new room.
