The heating element in our room made an annoying sound all night- like a loose or broken part was vibrating. I run the fan because I need white noise to sleep, but this was not a soothing sound.

Sign a waiver no smoking on balcony 200...this is why i wanted a balcony because im a smoker so this was a disappointment mirrors and windows were very dirty room could have been cleaner ..

No refigerator or microwave in the room - had to pay 10.00 extra for that - that is a given in most hotel rooms Breakfast did not eat - asked to use the work out room - that is off site - Have to ask for housekeeping if staying for more then one night. They were good about it when I asked

Breakfast was not good - they did not have any eggs because they did not get there shipment. Well , management could have went to walmart or publix across the street to buy eggs. Limited - we were forced to go out and get breakfast You have hotel full of guest and could not provide adequete breakfast.

Location and breakfast were great. I assumed there would be a refrigerator in the room as I carry medicine that must be refrigerated. Although some of the rooms have fridges, ours did not and the ones that did have them were all booked. No other complaints. Read the amenities offered before you book.

Bathroom toilet kept getting hung/shower curtain did not work right so water continuously ran on floor.

My only complaint is that the breakfast was a little skimpy compared to other hotels I have stayed in the same price point. Most of the food that we had was cold including the coffee.

Breakfast was great. Staff was terrific. Kept losing the wi-fi signal. Amenities were clean. We stayed two days , traffic was terrible first day then not so bad. Location was okay, we had stayed before. All in all a good visit!

The AC was leaking but they didn't have another room available to move us. It still worked so we decided to stay. The staff was very nice and they took a note of it stating they would have someone repair it the following day.

The room was very nice and clean, we loved the balcony, pool, staff, and location. We would stay again.

A little dated with peeling wallpaper in places. The pool is pretty small but my child enjoyed it. Breakfast area was small and had to wear mask and gloves to get food so went out to eat because line too long to wait.

Location was excellent! Staff very friendly. There were parts of the room that needed a little improvement such as peeled wallpaper and a few mildly dirty areas but overall enjoyed the stay. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Change the style of bed topping covers. All motels use these awkward comforter blankets that are too thick and hard to manage. At night you need to keep the room COLD so that this comforter blanket does not keep you awake as you are too hot. This junky system of bed coverings seems to be across all motel labels and locations but it is a big negative on the motel industry for my family.

Checking people in and giving recommendations to local restaurants are two of the standard tasks of a hotel receptionist. It's hard to stand out doing such routine tasks. Nevertheless, the woman who checked me in and then later gave restaurant advice to my wife (Come Back Shack!) managed to impress each of us so much that we talked about her competence and professionalism over dinner. I can't remember ever doing that before.
