Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The place was pretty institutional feeling and impersonal, which I guess is to be expected. There was a lot of noise from other rooms - maybe because there was a lot of business from graduations going on over the weekend.
The hotel was a decent stay. Everything was clean and the bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The lady who checked us in was not very helpful. She did not explain anything, what time the pool hours were, what time breakfast was, nothing. She handed us our cards pointed to where our room was the end.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, the bed was comfortable. The Hot tub was nice and clean as well as the pool. The breakfast they offered was very nice.

Everything was great, no complaints at all.
The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff were very kind and professional. The location was quiet and convenient for our plans.

The best part of this hotel are the people working at the front desk and the manager. They went out of their way to help carry things into my room.

The hotel is not super sound proof so we could hear all activity and conversations in the hallways, including doors slamming. And I am not sure who was above us but there was stomping all the time. One suggestion about breakfast, less sausage patties and more days with bacon.
The stay was comfortable and clean. The pool was well maintained and breakfast was good.

Unfortunately we could not get hot water. We let it run for quite sometime. The second day we were able to finally get some warm water. We let the front desk know and they were very accommodating offering us the room next to us to shower in. When we let the management know as we were checking out she was right on top of it. Offered us extra points because we are members and a suite upgrade our next visit. The hot water issue was just a fluke situation.
From the time we entered our front desk experience was Great! Rebecca was so nice, great sense of humor, and met all our needs! The room was very nice and clean…very comfortable including the bed! The pool and hot tub were also very clean and so relaxing. The breakfast was very good with healthy options. We were pleasantly impressed!

The only complaints I have is: We found a crumpled up tissue next to one of the beds. I took a photo if youd like to see it. House keeping probably missed it by accident. It was pretty gross...which led us to check all over the room but it was all okay. One thing my friend said was the breakfast options could have been better. I agree...a little more option like bacon, scrambled egg would have been nice. We only saw an omelette thing, sausage and another sausage that we both tried that was pretty awful tasting. Not sure if it was tofu or what, but it was gross. We spit both of ours out. The cost of the room was a bit high. Almost $200 for a single night....it wasn't as quiet as we thought as we could hear the neighbors above and to the side all evening...well into the midnight hour. There is room for improvement all around but for what we needed the room for- a girls thrifting trip, it was pretty okay.
It was very nice and tidy outside. Hallways were clear and clean. The front desk woman who checked me in was super nice and kind. Beds was super comfy and I loved that there were options for pillows. I thought that black out curtain that rolled down was a nice touch. Love a dark room!
