Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesOur shower faucet was broken. Could not adjust temperature easily. We didn’t realize it until the morning when try to shower. I Did tell the front desk staff at checkout. Apologized but no discount or anything. Also did not like that they charged for Parking.

United StatesBathrooms don't have fans. I asked someone at the front desk about this and was told "we don't allow pets or smoking, so there's no bathroom fans. While I appreciated the directness of the answer, it really wasn't logical. A bathroom fan should be considered a "must have" at any hotel.
Room was clean, staff was pleasant. Didn't have the breakfast as I had other plans, but in room coffee and tea were nice to have.

The room was clean and spacious, I love a king size bed when travelling. The hotel was remodeled so it felt very new. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options, from bacons to greek yogurt, from cereals to fresh milk, you get everything you need!
