We chose the hotel because of shuttle to hotel. But they said you need to ask for shuttle 24 hours in advance. This is an “airport” hotel. We did not get there until 7:30 pm and we did not need a shuttle exceptionally early- we needed it at 9:30am. Anyway, thankfully it was only an inconvenience for us- we had a car, and my grown son was flying out while we were continuing with our travels on the road the next morning and we needed to stay around until it was time to take him over to the airport.

First - we have been on a two week road trip and every location we stayed in had good qualities and reasons we chose the hotel; the location, the size, the view etc. But this hotel was the cleanest, nicest (simple but upgraded) bathroom, the most comfortable beds and pillows, and perfect a/c (working well but not too loud). Plenty of coffee, and excellent breakfast - best one on the road - and free. And an excellent gym. Would stay here if needed again.

The machines (scanners, computers, etc.) that the staff were using appeared to be malfunctioning and not working properly. No fault to the staff, but the hotel itself needs to invest in better equipment or take better care of it.

The breakfast was great, I had no issue with pulling up my prepaid booking and getting into my room upon checking in late at night. Staff was nice as well.

There was a small coffee table by the sofa. It was broken, badly tilted,, and left shoved aside in the room. We reported it to the desk and asked for one that worked, but it couldn't be swapped out. Such things as lamps, coffee makers, and height adjustable furniture do break. There should always be a spare on hand, but in any case the broken item should NOT be left, shoved aside, in a guest room. It mars one's impression of an otherwise outstanding room.

The room was spotless and well designed. I particularly liked that the large LG TV was equally visible from the bed and the sofa. I'm a sofa TV watcher and it's rare that I can do so in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was a standout from the usual hotel continental breakfast. It included very good protein choices: pork sausage, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, and two kinds of omelettes. I wish there had been a restaurant on site.or adjacent, but a list of those within a mile or two was provided.

The guy working the front desk was really slow and didn't appear to know what he was doing.
