The room was comfortable and roomy enough for the 3 of us (myself, husband and 16yo son), the hotel is in a good location in Hollywood. The staff were lovely - especially the breakfast staff Marieta and Veronica who went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful and the smiley and welcoming valet gentlemen (even though we didn't have a car).

They charge $45 to valet park even though they drive it 60 feet from where you deliver it…likely done because the parking lot is small and spaces tight and they’re trying to maximize the number of cars and minimize accidents/poor parking. Also the pool leaves a lot to be desired. Not heated, no hot tub and sandwiched in so not much room around it. Cramped and cold in an outdoor inner courtyard.

Close proximity to the strip but off two blocks so a quieter location than it would be otherwise.

Exorbitant parking prices! Absolutely crazy and insulting! The front desk staff could use some customer service training as not one person smiled or made eye contact with me when I arrived and were only looking away when they asked if they could help me.

The comfortable rooms and beds! The breakfast staff were excellent and could teach the front desk staff a thing or two!

The required $45/day valet parking was a bit much. I understand that they have a right to charge for parking but $45 is price gouging by any standard, and it was not in the my room estimate on Booking.com (should have been included in the estimate).

Really new/clean room; very happy with breakfast; really happy with breakfast staff (super friendly). Pool is as great; gym was good.

Even in the breakfast canteen there are no restrooms or bathrooms. Did not use swimming pool but I wonder where do people shower.

The price of the valet parking is $45. You don't have a choice but to have your vehicle park valet. The good thing is the hotel feels safe. My bedroom does not have a hand soap available.

Breakfast was good. I hope they have dairy-free alternative milk options. The bedroom was clean. The staff members who serve the breakfast are super friendly and helpful. They have helpful staff to accommodate you when you're checking in late.

No frills but great set up with well thought out rooms, Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great shower. Breakfast was amazing. My son loved the pancake machine. Rooms were spotless. Staff were lovely, especially the car park attendant. I don’t remember his name unfortunately. Location is great. A short walk to the action.

The only thing I have to complain about is that there was no microwave in our room, but we only stayed one night, if we stayed longer it would’ve been nice to have one!!

I was very impressed with the friendly staff, Maria in the breakfast room was nice and very attentive to everyone’s needs!!! The whole hotel was very clean, the room smelled very fresh and clean when we walked as well as the hallways!! We loved the whole experience and will definitely be back the next time we are in Hollywood 🎬🎤🎞️⭐️ I was a little worried because of some of the reviews I read, but some people are just complainers, as we were very happy with our entire stay!
