No complaints!

Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and our stay was extremely comfortable. My husband said they had the best continental breakfast he has had here in the us. We were on the first floor and were offered to change it upon check-in but it was actually pretty amazing to have a room right next to breakfast. It was also very quiet in the room. There are a lot of u-turns to get back to the hotel. :D

There was a light that flickered all night outside our window at the time that even thru closed curtain we dealt with but not too bad.

Breakfast was good. Thanks for free continental. Good coffee as well. Bombshell restaurant was conveniently adjacent property.

Room was close to stair exit. Every time someone used it, door would slam shut... especially annoying when I was trying to sleep.

The fire alarm went off at around 2 am and everyone had to evacuate. not too much of a bother since we were still up at the time but most other people were outside in their pajamas. Also, the keys for the rooms kept deactivating so we had to go downstairs multiple times to get the keys reset. We were then told that for some reason, any type of metal easily messes up the card configuration (the chip on any debit/credit card could cause this) which was a bit inconvenient since naturally, a card goes into my wallet.

Property was clean and well lit so we felt safe.

.My tv in room 124 would only work on one station. The evening staff was like nothing they could do about it now, but also never sent anyone. Tried don't manually but only went to different modes and then back to the one channel. The remote would do turn off on and volume up and down.

This is the 2nd IHG hotel I have stayed in within 2 months, Houston, TX and Natchitoches, LA both had inadquate breakfast. Natchitoches - No milk, pancake machine did not work, staff very slow about replacing hot items, and very slow about cleaning up a spill; Houston - pancake machine not working, stating they ran out of pancake batter, no orange or apple juice, hired help was very slow in restocking items. This is one of the reasons why I book with IHG for the breakfast!!!!!! Ice machine on the 2nd floor was NOT working, so had to go back downstairs to get ice. Although I booked from a second source, IHG should have still been able to give me a complete reciept at checkout.

Location was easy to access, loved the access road to the resturant, Bombshells, and didn't have to get back on the interstate to make a turnaround into traffic. Room was great. Height of the bed was much higher than expected, but I manage to get it up there. Business center was easy to use the computer. Love the 12 p.m. check out time.

The location to downtown was easy to navigate. Food venues were minutes away and even walking distance.

Entrance is drab the hotel is a older building but the entrance not warm inviting.

The breakfast was very nice more than I expected.

While this is not related to the facility purse, the last night was not the best given the loud and chaotic individuals in the next room were upon their arrival, 10:47pm, and for quite some time there after.

The facility appears to be well taken care of and clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. And the food was good. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive, especially the gentleman at check-in. He was very polite, professional and welcoming.

Was locked in the breakfast room by a lady who was cleaning. Made eye contact with me then closed the door, which didn’t have handles on the inside, on me.
