I was a bit of a construction zone and the building was in disrepair, the lobby furniture was not in good shape but the room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

Holes in room walls. Window leaking from rain water. Exposed wire. Out of coffee in both caffeinated dispensers at breakfast time.

Ceiling tiles in breakfast area stained, half missing and torn. There was hardly any breakfast out. Took a long time to refill and everyone had waited so long it was gone in no time so then people just left. Pool was not functioning and the pool area was in terrible shape

Room looked dated for the price when compared to other hotels in the same area. The back parking lot was very sketchy. The pool has long been covered and non operable. Very different from the ads displayed online and on booking.com.

The grounds were unkept with weeds growing everywhere. The bathroom sink was coming undone from The counter and you could see “ Food particles” that were stuck in between.. carrots and celery. Gross!!!🤢

The paint on the windowsill was cracking. The pool was out of order and green. The breakfast was nasty.

This places has a LOT of issues. Online it stated we would have a sofa bed for our child. However there are NO sofa beds on property. The place is also VERY rundown with cracks, scuffs, overall dirtiness, and mold smell from the air conditioner. Not to mention a pool that looks like a swamp and everything out of order like the washer/dryer. We paid extra for this hotel so we could have free breakfast but were met with a sign saying that the cook was sick which was gross and off-putting so we skipped eating. I would not stay here and instead book the Best Western in Murfreesboro that we typically choose to stay at. Go elsewhere is my honest opinion.

Honestly we didn't like much here. I am giving it credit for bedding that smelled okay, it being quiet, and location to the highway.

As soon as you walked in water was pouring from the ceiling. You could tell this was an old hotel. The paint and wallpaper were peeling off the walls, the elevators were dingy, our room was very wet/humid feeling so that made it uncomfortable. The staff was super friendly, they gave us the wrong room but quickly fixed it. Hotel just needs some revamping.

The room was small. It was advertised as a king with a sleeper. That usually means there is a sleeper sofa. Well, there was a chair with an ottoman. That was not comfortable to sleep in. There was not sufficient closet space. The bar that is there to hang clothes on is very low to the floor. Therefore, dresses, pants and items of the like would drag the floor. There was also a door in the room that led to another person's room. I did not ask for that and felt it was not safe.

The location was good. It is located near several shops, gas stations and restaurants. There is a Walmart and Target very close and it is close to the interstate.

The tv was hard to watch! Too much interference ! The toilet seat was not clean in our bathroom!

The breakfast was just ok! Was looking forward to your famous cinnamon rolls but you didn’t have any! The breakfast hours were great for travelers!

Only 2 towels for 4adults. Went to front desk to ask for more and was told they didn’t have any. Also didn’t have bedding for pull out bed so had to call to get it. They did bring it quickly after calling. I booked Holiday Inn because we had a good experience and yummy breakfast at the last one we stayed at and there was no breakfast at this one.

This hotel needs an update. No phone charging ports in the rooms. Sofa bed could have used an update. Found a water bug in the bathroom.

Easy access from the interstate. Nice breakfast.

We couldn't get on wifi. And the tell the truth this is the most run down Holiday Inn Express I've ever seen. The door on the bathroom had water damage. The shower head gave a mist instead of a nice shower. It just looked sad. Don't you have alumni come for football games and stuff? What the heck?

Y'all had almond milk!!!!!!!! Your staff was great - one person in particular who attempted to help us get on wifi. She and the other woman at the desk both said the wifi was crap.
