We stayed overnight while traveling south. It was awesome to get in at 10 and still have time to relax in the hot tub and use the pool. It was very clean. The room was comfortable, the bed was amazing and we slept great:) It was a nice location and everything was clean. The people were so nice.

Desk clerk was not enthusiastic. HA bars in bathroom did not make it handicap accessible. Room could use an update.

Our tub in room 202 was all scratched up and looked bad and the carpet was dirty. Room 204 was very nice.

It was fairly nice. The building itself and amenities were good. Inside and out were modern and clean. Rooms were nicely furnished.

It was under renovation so the pool was closed and there was dust everywhere. They offered a refund at the time of check in but at that point it was too late to find another hotel. The cost of our room seemed a little pricey for what it offered.

I asked for a non-smoke room, however, when I walked in with my kids, the room has a strong smoke smell under the air fresh spray. Also, my room was at first floor right next to the hotel public sitting place. People were talking loud until 12AM.

paid extra for king sized beds, they have no kings in the entire hotel.. it was very loud all night long, the one time I relied on a hotel to have a hair dryer and there was none. the hot tub and pool was ok.

This Holiday Inn Express was definitely not up to par. There was mold around the bathtub. The room smelled. It needs to be updated and cleaned. This is the worst Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Very disappointing.

It was close to restaurants. We didn’t get to the hotel until 1:00 am. There wasn’t a cart downstairs for us to use. The fella working the front desk went to find one for us. He was very helpful.

This facility desperately needs a make over. Everything is dated and worn. The towel bar was rusted. Holes in wall where hairdryer was removed. Caulking dirty in places. Stained carpet in hallway.

There wasn't anything I didn't like I guess the only downside I found was I was leaving at 4:00 in the morning and there wasn't any coffee or breakfast ready when you're leaving that early so I missed that but that's not their fault

Expecting a nice place for the price. Ice machine didn’t work, blinds didn’t work, had to put pillows in window to block lights. One small light in bathroom. Oh yea we were in room 202. Noise between floors.
