United StatesThey did not change out the towels or ask to any of the 3 nights we were there. I understand "green policy" but we were playing softball all weekend and could've used some fresh towels at least once. The other issue was the elevator being out - so we didn't take our cooler with us to the field. Unfortunate timing for us.
Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The parking lot is a little tight and can be a jaunt.

United StatesMy son was in a tournament in which his uniform needed washed each night. They told me washer was broken, so I washed his uniform by hand in the shower. Took it to use the dryer only to find the dryer was what was broken. Ended up having to dry by hand with hair dryer. Also, our coffee maker in the room was broken so you had to hold it together to brew it. And the air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night...our room ended up being 77 degrees.
The staff was very friendly and location was great. The beds were very comfortable.

I liked the location and that it was only 10 min from the race track and 20-30 min from Kansas City:) Breakfast was great as was the staff.

They played it down like I haven't been there long enough to know when he didn't know when I arrived (which was 5 hrs prior) he reset it and left. They did eventually move us but that unit didn't cool much either the room itself was just cooler bc they moved up from top to bottom floor.
