They didn't have much when it came to items you could purchase.
The rooms a spacious and the bed was comfortable.

They did not change out the towels or ask to any of the 3 nights we were there. I understand "green policy" but we were playing softball all weekend and could've used some fresh towels at least once. The other issue was the elevator being out - so we didn't take our cooler with us to the field. Unfortunate timing for us.
Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The parking lot is a little tight and can be a jaunt.

The TV was difficult to operate and I couldn't select anything to watch easily. Also, one elevator was broken down so getting to and from the room was not as easy as it could have been.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had a good number of supplies in it.

Ice machine on our floor was broken. pool had ants on the pool deck. Room had a musty odor, felt "damp". Refrigerator didn't work well. freezer "defrosted" and leaked water everywhere.

They were working on the fire alarm for the longest time. Then, the elevators were broken. They finally got one elevator fixed.

My Ac unit didn’t really keep up that well and didn’t put much air out at all

Got assigned a room and the stool was running. Had a sealed bladder system so no quick fix that’s on Wednesday told there was no maintenance till Monday so had to move rooms.
Nice area golf course across the street excellent steak house across the parking lot.

My son was in a tournament in which his uniform needed washed each night. They told me washer was broken, so I washed his uniform by hand in the shower. Took it to use the dryer only to find the dryer was what was broken. Ended up having to dry by hand with hair dryer. Also, our coffee maker in the room was broken so you had to hold it together to brew it. And the air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night...our room ended up being 77 degrees.
The staff was very friendly and location was great. The beds were very comfortable.

The only true problem I had was that my bathroom sink didn’t drain well, and when I tried to push the cover up and down to see if it would help it wouldn’t come back up.
I liked the location it was very convenient and easy to find. Check in was also a breeze and everyone was so welcoming!

When we got assigned a room it was a room that wasn’t clean so we had to wait to get a different room. The new room we got looked very clean though:) Wish the pool was a little warmer and wish there was a hot tub.
I liked the location and that it was only 10 min from the race track and 20-30 min from Kansas City:) Breakfast was great as was the staff.

A/C turned off in the middle of the night. Other customers commented about this during checkout. Did turn back on after adjusting the thermostat again. Seems odd that this common problem is occurring in a very new property.

When I first booked the hotel, it stated that I needed to show my AARP card at the desk to get that discount and when I did they said I couldn't use it because I prepaid. So what's going on here?

Air conditioning in room wasn't cooling. They played it down like I haven't been there long enough to know when he didn't know when I arrived (which was 5 hrs prior) he reset it and left. They did eventually move us but that unit didn't cool much either the room itself was just cooler bc they moved up from top to bottom floor.
