We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesFor a $200+ per night stay at a 2.5 star hotel, I would have expected fresh eggs versus prepackaged omelettes. An all in one weight machine would have been nice in addition to the treadmills.
Location was great. We were in town for lacrosse tournaments and the fields were 4 minutes away. Breakfast was below expectation.

United StatesWhen the top comforter fell off the bed, a metal bar was sticking out and I didn't notice it, I scratched the hell out o f my leg and I have a blood clot, so that scratch bled for some time because it was a deep scratch. Plus someone screaming outside my door to let me in. You would think being near main office, they would stop such behavior, wish the person would have let them in, so my grandkids and I could have slept.

United StatesWe were charged an insurance fee we knew nothing about and it was 15$ a night. I'm unsure how that is okay to add 30$ to a stay when not talking to the customer until they check in. We were on a tight budget.
