You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe facility had obviously let maintenance be an after thought. Some repairs that were done were not done with care and in a poor manner. It was obvious the business had recently lost or had its franchise pulled for being deficient.
The breakfast consisted of tepid temperature coffee, yogurt, prepackage muffin, and a few frozen things you can heat in your microwave. Workers there seemed plesant.

United States of Americathe pool was closed but understandable. i love hotel breakfast but the continental hot breakfast wasn’t available. total bummer. there were guests who continuously allowed their dog to bark. just get up and take your dog outside. it was terrible. then people would gather in the hall and have conversations that could’ve been held in their rooms. Besides that it was ok.
it was very convenient, the receptionist was very friendly and it was well lit.

United States of AmericaOur bed almost seemed broken at the foot of it. I sat on it to put my shoes on and almost ended up in the floor. There was also a weird stain in the middle of the sheet that was on top of the comforter on the bed. Since it wasn’t the comforter, we just took it off and the rest of the bedding looked fine. Our jetted tub (the main reason I booked that particular room type) also had no drain plug so we couldn’t use it. There was no one at the front desk when we went to check out this morning (granted, it was really early). We waited for about 10 minutes then just laid our room key on the counter near the computer screen where they would see it because we had to get on the road.
It was quiet and I liked that it wasn’t right in the main road. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly. There is a nice breakfast area and business area in the front lobby.
