Facility was rundown. Awakened by loud door shutting in corridor through night and especially early morning.

The rooms need tech updates, alarm clock was just for show. There was no plug in by nightstand for phones.

Breakfast was ok, the eggs were watery. Everything else was good. Coffee was great don’t change that! The rooms need tech updates.

The check out time that is shown on booking.com is not correct. App says 12pm which that's what I was expecting actual check out time is 11am so we had to rush out

I paid for my room through booking I was ask for a card for incidentals $20 and my card was charged the room $178 I am pissed they took my bill money no they are telling me 3-5 bus. Days for refund

The lady at the front desk was on her personal cell phone when we were trying to check in. She was sitting up front looked up and saw my husband come in. Never acknowledged he was there. My husband waited about five minutes and came back out to the truck and told me what was going on. I then walked in and she was still on her phone, but I started telling her I was there to check in and acted like I didn’t know she was on her phone. She rolled her eyes and told the person on the phone to hold on a second. She gave me huge attitude and said it was too early for check in. I told her I specifically requested early check in. She asked me my name and looked through the files and preceded to tell me she didn’t have any reservations for anyone with that name. I then showed her my confirmation number and then she said the room would be ready in 30 minutes and went right back to talking on her phone.

There was a dead cockroach in the room. That creeped me out. And there was trash someone left in the hallway all weekend and no one picked it up. Breakfast was not great and the fridge to keep yogurt cold needs replaced it's luke warm at best.

The beds are comfortable. It's reasonably clean.

The on-site breakfast was sub par when compared to all other Holiday inn Express I have stayed. No fresh fruit (fruit cocktail/syrup) and the cheapest yogurt on the market. But maybe it’s a Texas thing?

One of the reasons I like to stay here is I love the cinnamon rolls. LOL We went to breakfast at 9:00 which I know was getting late, The breakfast bar was out of just about everything. The young man brought out more ham and hashbrowns. When I asked about the cinnamon rolls he said there wasn't any. The way he hesitated when he replied I felt like he had more but just didn't plan on bringing anymore out. I was very disappointed in the breakfast that was supplied.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and on the bottom floor as requested.

The location was a little odd. Had to drive through pothole filled lot to reach the hotel. Also, Booking.com has the checkout listed as noon, but it is actually at 11:00 am. Unfortunately we realized that at about 10:15.

The elevator was slow and made a very loud sound when the door was left open too long. I had issues with my confirmation from booking.com to get into my room. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic for the length of time it took to check in. AGAIN this was NOT from the hotel but was due to BOOKING.COM.

It was fairly close to the hwy. The beds very very comfy, we had a great night’s sleep. The staff was easy to work with. The breakfast was okay.

Not adequate towels. We had four people. When I asked for enough towels for each of us they said they didn’t have enough. Refrigerator broken.

Workers were nice. Check in guy was great. Lady in the morning not good.

The TV didn't work correctly at first, but they got it fixed. The pancake machine was out, but I didn't see any batter or instructions for it.
