Everything was great except when ir ca nm was down to billing I was charged twice which I ended up paying 400 .00 fhat I was not expecting waiting on fhe refund of 218 and some cent other then that no complaint

For Sunday breakfast there were no cinnamon rolls, the toaster didn’t work, neither did the pancake maker. I asked the worker for help, she was extremely overwhelmed and said the pancake machine wasn’t working and there wasn’t anything she could do to help me and my 7 year old. But 10 mins later 2 adults came and asked for help with the pancake machine and she took it all apart and washed out the tip of the bag of batter and it worked. She said “there is only 1 of me and tons of you.” The woman on Friday had said the same thing. Are the breakfast staff overworked? Unsure but that was the only thing that was even unpleasant about our stay.

The staff was excellent. Many went above and beyond to help us. They were down to earth for the most part. We loved the pool. It was heated and warm. The hot tub was very hot. So nice. The beds were firm yet soft. Very comfortable!

The breakfast area immaculately maintained all of the food was hot and very tasty. The freshly made cinnamon rolls are quite the bonus. And the made-to-order cups of coffee in the lobby fantastic.

When checking in, the young hotel desk clerk seemed preoccupied with the security monitors while rapidly checking us in. Friendly, but she rushed through the process. I understand something may have been going on that necessitated this, but, even my family found it odd.

Ample parking, well lit. Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast staff was very good.

The Keurig coffee maker wouldn't work and I had to hold it down for the entire brewing. The breakfast was less than appetizing. Hot food wasn't hot. They ran out of omelette's 30 minutes before breakfast ended. No fresh fruit. Coffee was okay.

Clean quiet and comfy room. Good shower although the hot and cold water were reversed on the faucet. I appreciate hotels like this one for having full size shampoo, conditioner,body wash and lotion in pump bottles. It eliminates the huge waste of using tiny one time use bottles. Better for the environment.

My kids were so excited about our rooms features of two tvs, but unfortunately, we were unable to have the wifi internet access to play online games.

Loved the customer service! So helpful, patient, and kind. The clean air-conditioned room, the luxurious bathroom toiletries, the hot indoor jacuzzi and cool pool, the devine breakfast, and most comfy bed and pillows are sure to bring me and my family back when visiting Carlsbad, NM!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub was super clean, well kept, and was open from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. which was very nice because we ended up checking in fairly late after hiking Carlsbad Caverns all day. The kids loved it! The beds were very clean and comfortable and the room was nice and quiet and we all slept very well. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed some extra bedding and they brought it up really quickly.

Breakfast could be improved with more options and lighter healthier options.

I think the breakfast could be improved more options of healthy breakfasts. Yogurt, granola fruit salad would be good. The room,s were clean and spacious. liked the extra space in the room

We went in a family weekend and we loved the Hotel, great location, very good breakfast, the staff very friendly and the hotel was beautiful and modern, the room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for this Labor weekend experience! We will repeat when we comeback to Carlsbad!

It was some distance from the caverns.

Love the breakfast and the pool and whirlpool. It was nice to jump into the whirlpool after the long hike at the caverns. Lots of places to eat close by
