Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFor a newer facility there were a few unexpected issues. The luggage carts were both in bad repair with messed up wheels, the shower doors did not close properly, the doors were badly hung. The tops touched the frame but the bottoms were off by over an inch allowing water to spill on the floor during a shower.
Nice town, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed.

WOW! The front desk staff went the 2nd mile to help with comfort and needs. 5 stars +++. The breakfast was excellent as well as the lady who prepared the meal.

United StatesThe only bad thing about the stay was the blind in my room was disabled or broken but I was on the second floor so it was not a huge issue.
The breakfast was simply amazing, I had to tell my co workers about it because the hotel they were staying at charged a fee for breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our site training only 6 miles away. I will be staying here from now on for business trips. :)

When I asked about it, I was told that was all that was left at the time I checked in. I had made my reservation over a week before. I wasn't a walk-in. There was no apology nothing. It was very disappointing.

The breakfast very good with several options available. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I really liked the way the complementary toiletries were displayed and I liked that there was body wash instead of soap.

United KingdomBe warned, this is quite off the grid so food options are a little limited, but I did have some joy with one app, the rest refused to work with a UK phone number which I was using.
I was very happy with my stay here for a few nights for work. The hotel was great, rooms were comfy. Ace at front desk was incredibly helpful with my never ending queries, and was an absolute credit to the team. I wish more hotels had folks like that. The pool was a nice bonus too, and was empty when I was using it. The sweets at reception are dangerously morish.
