They had an elevator down, the TV in my room did not work, and a kid puked by/in the pool so we didn't get to swim as much as my kids wanted. There is a parking fee too.

The staff was super friendly and when I told them I was there for my daughter's birthday she let her pick out a few things from the snack bar for free. Breakfast had lots of options.

Parking fee is about the only thing. I would stay here again.

It was clean and comfy. The staff was really nice. The only issue was the parking fee that I didn't know about beforehand. The pool looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to use it.

I booked a 2 queen beds room. But, at the time of Check-in, I was told that the room was unavailable and hence, I was allocated a room with one Queen Bed and Pullout Sofa bed. The comforter provided for the sofa bed was not good. It was torn and had some stains. When I went to reception to get a replacement, I was given a bed cover instead of a comforter.

Location was suitable. It was clean. Room was tidy. Breakfast was good.

The staff seemed frustrated with their jobs and many rude people inside the hotel. Keycards kept not working despite not holding it by our phone.

The property comes with a beautiful view and a very nice room area. The pool was big and spacious and the hot tub actually was hot.

The only issue I had was with the deposit process. I was able to book the hotel with my credit card but once I arrived my credit card wasn't able to be used it kept declining. Trust me there where funds on the card. I had to use another card, which wasn't an issue but more so annoying. My only caviat.

I liked the room, it was exceptionally clean. The overall hotel was clean as well, which I really appreciated. I didn't get to spend as much time in the hotel but we'll definitely be back during our travel time.

The pool area was inside and so stuffy, too crowded and the room echos terribly. It was suffocating to be in there. Breakfast was just okay. A lot of your normal options but hot foods consisted of French toast, fried egg Pattie’s, turkey sausage links and a pancake maker that made thin tough pancakes. For a Saturday morning I expected more.

The room was a nice size, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

There was a broken baseboard tile in the bathroom near the tub. There was something on the inside of the bathroom door that looked like it hadn't been cleaned and the tub faucet dripped. We could hear kids running up and down the hall.

The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast.
