Upon arrival, our room was not fully clean -- crumbs on the desk & tables, junk on the floor incl someone's dental pic. There was a sign on our door saying 'Not Ready Yet'. A cleaner in the hall said that referred to guests being not ready for staff to enter however it sure did seem to refer to our room. He took the sign away and never did bring it back so we couldn't have prevented staff from barging in the next morning if we had needed to.

There was good quality yogurt at the breakfast bar.

Didn’t like the 50 deposit fee upon arriving which was told would be refunded within 24 hours. We are still waiting. Also noticed there was still spots on ceiling above shower which was from previous mildew growth. The was still a hole along the light switch in bathroom when they placed to plates and switches.

Appearance was well maintained. It was at night so we may have not seen everything. Nicely decorated inside and smelled clean. Room was nice and cool when arriving.

Some surfaces were not cleaned in my room, tv screen was only partially cleaned. Room door didn’t seal all the way. Check in staff seemed indifferent about me booking through a third party. For $135 a night I would expect a spotless room.

Difficult to figure out thermastat in the room.

I liked that there were healthy breakfast options. The coffee was very good too! Front desk staff very nice and Ashley was helpful when I needed to print something for business meeting the next day.

The room had a sour odor which hit you in the face when you entered the room. Once you were in the room for a while it wasn’t noticeable, but I was concerned that my clothing might pick up the scent. When I gargled, and looked up at the ceiling, the vent was disgusting, filled with dust and lint.

I didn't like the charges being broken down into several charges on my card, especially since I wasn't expecting that. I didn't like the cleanliness level of the towels (embedded hairs and stains). But I already expressed this and was treated quite well.

Breakfast was very good! The food was tasty and hot! The shower was great! The beds were firm enough but not too firm. The staff was wonderful! Great location--so close to everything!

Coffee pot outlet kept shutting off. Sink wouldn't drain. The outlets on bedside wouldn't hold any electrical plugs. And the lack of USB plugs.

I requested a quiet room... sadly it was "March Madness" and I was given a room on the main floor which would have been fine, except for the running around above my head until very late at night. Also the rooms have "black-out" curtains, but on the main floor there are floodlights directed at the windows (for safety, I presume) and the curtains don't quite come together, so it wasn't actually dark.

You offer coffee in the room, have a fridge, but there is no milk and sugar. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they delivered creamers and sugar to the room which was nice (but maybe should have been there ahead of time?)

Communication could have been much better with the staff. I extended my stay the night before I was supposed to check out but the morning staff was unaware and my boyfriend and I almost got walked in on by a housekeeping employee due to lack of communication. /

The location is nice and off the roadway.It was around a lot of good stores and places to eat. The room was also really cozy with a well working air conditioner
