On the weekend days saturday and sunday may be a diferent person who cared for the room but the forgoit to leave coffe, towels and one day the bed was not made.

Location and the funcionality of the facility was very good. The restaurant was clean and the food was also very good. the bar excellent.

Being charged for the full stay prior to my arrival in the morning without being advised of same. But the rationale was explained to me.

The staff was gracious. The room was well designed and comfortable. The location is central to a lot of my preferred Detroit destinations.

Shower room was smelly and dated toilet was very loose. Bar manager came across quite rude and abrupt.

The location was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and check in was very quick and easy. We were allowed to check in before lunchtime which meant we could have a brief walk around Detroit without our cases.

So, the first room we were given was dirty with trash and disheveled bedding. The front desk employee apologized and moved us to a new room. The new room had a large puddle across the floor from I'm assuming the AC, we did let him know and he apologized again but we said we'd stay in that room. In the morning I let the new front desk person know just so they knew not to put anyone in that room until the issue was resolved and she was very dismissive and said to enjoy the day. Fortunately, I am not a crazy person and laughed it off but I know many people that would have been very bothered by the reactions received.

The hotel is very nice looking from when you first walk in. Modern, clean and very "vibey". There was also security as it was after 11 when we checked in which was nice. The rooms were large and spacious and had a pretty nice view. I personally enjoyed the sounds of the city in the early morning hours.

That you had to pay $40 for valet services and they tried to charge an additional $19 to valet early while waiting for our room. The assistant general manager said he had no idea about it but waived it for us.

It took an hour to check in despite alerting the hotel that we were arriving 2 hours after check-in began. The description of the room was not accurate. There was no sofa bed as described.

Restaurant had very limited hours. Bar tender was so nice but could not make a drink, sorry good try tho. Shower was dirty and needed some scrubbing.

check in was terrible. if you drop a bag off early you can checkin starting at 3. the rest of us watched all this till exactly 4 when we could get checked in. we were 4th in line and it took 12 minutes for us so I pity the people at the end of the line.

Great staff, I was there for the Taylor swift concert, so it was extremely busy, but the staff got through the line fast and efficiently.

The only thing I was bummed about was the feeling I got price gouged. A $600 per night hotel feels like it should have been more fancy. Parking was also expensive.

It is less than a mile walk to Ford Field. We were there to see Taylor Swift. The hotel is very lovely. Clean. Comfortable beds.

It took more than 20 minutes to get checked in and then they sent us to a room that was occupied by other people. I swiped my key and walked right in on others. So we had to go back to the front desk and wait another 20 minutes for another room. This is all after trying to check in 6 hours prior but after waiting 30 minutes and only being at the 7th person out of 16 we decided to check in after our event.
