Traffic noise is pretty loud. Our room was at the front.

Excellent value for an overnight before an early flight out of DFW. The hotel was very clean, the room was large and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows and nice linens.Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was really nice, SUPER warm cinnamon buns! Shuttle driver was friendly kind and helpful.

We arrived after 11pm at DFW. The front desk was excellent at communicating the shuttle pickup for me and my girls.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Toilet didn’t seem to be properly seated. No hair dryer.

The desk clerk was not at his post but had a sign that he was helping a guest and would be back in a minute. After waiting 10 minutes, and 3 more people in line, my husband found a bell behind the sign and rang it and the clerk came out from behind. I am assuming he was having his dinner. He should have left the bell in sight or kept an eye out for the line.

Great suite. Lots of space for my family. Great to have free airport shuttle shuttle drivers were nice and helpful Nice spacious bathroom Everything was clean and fresh while they did not have a restaurant, they had tons of food available for purchase (microwave dinners) that you could take and make in your room. great breakfast included.

The room I stayed in had the tack strip between the carpet and tile showing. I didn't notice with my shoes on but when I answered the door when the pizza came I snagged my sock and it was sharp

Hotel reception looks like a motel dive reception. Messy and uninviting. Not welcoming or matching up to the standards of a supposedly global branded/named hotel. No bar, or mini bar, no place to get food in evening. Seemed understaffed and a long line for check in. They answered my enquiry email 2 days AFTER i left. Seems like they make their money on last minute flight delays and changes, so no care or heart. Functional only.

They had an airport shuttle, they were very accommodating with my late flight. The rooms were very large and updated.

There weren’t too many breakfast options for vegans. Even a plant based milk for coffee would go a long way but that was unavailable also.

Everything was great — staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and it was super close to the airport. Shuttle service was convenient.

The size of the pool for such a big hotel.

The size of the room. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful since I was traveling with my granddaughter and didn’t know the area they helped with things to do with her. Also, the options for breakfast were great.

Shoutle was not available and i ended paying transportation out of my pocket even tho the advertizent said shoutle was available e included, ans if not available to call for them to send tranaportation to pick us up. The front desk gentleman was helpless.
