The facility was in close proximity to the wedding & reception we were in town to attend. Breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed to start the next day off on the right footing.

United StatesMy only complaint, is that 11 days before I checked in, I asked to modify my Check-Out by one day. I didn't get a response for 9 days (even though I messaged multiple times), then I was told that I couldn't modify my Check-Out day. Keep in mind, I wasn't cancelling, I was just checking out one day early. Very disappointing Customer Service.

United StatesDon’t use pasteurized egg products for breakfast that come in buckets (like the hotel industry uses). They’re not good for you. Use real eggs.
Friendly and competent staff. Very clean facility. Good location. The smell in the facility was refreshing and clean smelling. (Some facilities smell musty and dirty.)

United StatesI was disappointed with no hot tub when the pictures online clearly show a hot tub. Also, the heated pool was cold. That was disappointing as that was a big reason we picked that hotel. Everything else was great though!
Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is nice and updated. The breakfast was great both days and even changed a little from day to day. The staff was all great that we interacted with.

I got the room for my son and daughter in law and the 5-year-old mainly because of the pool for the 5-year-old. I thought the price was on the high side. The pool was nice but after being in the pool a while with the 5-year-old, another family with 2 boys around 9 to 12 and a teenage daughter came in the pool and the boys were running and jumping in the pool. They acted like they had the complete pool and one of them almost kicked the 5-year-old in the face. The 5-year-old needs the wear floaties and needs assistance so i stayed with her and had to often had to protect her from the routy boys. The parents of the boys didn't care how the boys behaved and when got out of the pool, the boys dad got in the pool and would throw the boys across the pool like a beachball. My son was disappointed that the hot tub is gone. I didn't spend the night there but i took the 5-year-old swimming and the kids told me that the room was fine and clean and said they had no complaints about the room and liked the breakfast.

United StatesIt was great. I really can't think of anything. It was among the best holiday inns I have stayed at.
Plenty of free parking and located right in town. Hotel was well lit, updated in most areas and clean. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they were there and working fine. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. They even had an overflow space with extra silverware and Napkins to keep you from having to go back into the line if you forgot something! Our room was cleaned each day and restocked. I would definitely stay again!

United StatesI wish there was more access to the ice water. I kept going in the breakfast area to get water which I don’t think was allowed. The plastic holder for water was small and usually close to being out. refrigerator was loud at night. room 200 oh and on booking.com stated the room was 375 square foot but the room we got was about 75 sq feet short of that but I’ve seen on reviews that when u book through booking.com they give you the last pick of the room.
right in town, the breakfast was great and the workers were very friendly and attentive to the breakfast bar. the beds were softer than normal hotels. the room had everything we needed. tv was nice and I like that the windows open.
