This was the best hotel we stayed at during our week of traveling while on vacation. We asked for a room facing the main entrance as we were hauling an antique car and wanted to be able to see it at any given time and the night manger accommodated our request even though the lighting in the parking lot was great and it was a great neighborhood. Our beds were comfortable, the shower head was great and the room was exceptionally clean. This hotel was a great ending to our vacation. Thank you Holiday Inn!

United StatesOur problem lies with Booking.com. We accidentally booked a room through them in another state prior to this booking and they have stole our money. Refuse to give us a refund stating the hotel won’t allow it. We’ve spoken to Hampton NC and they never had our cc info and would have refunded us had we not used BOOKING.COM. This was our last time using booking and advise anyone else to not do so either. We called immediately after booking when we put in gps and realized it was not Lexington KY but Lexington NC. And $574 later……nothing. Even though cancellation policy stated they would keep 1 night. We never received our other 2 night stay refund.
The property was great. Would stay again. Clean, friendly staff.

United StatesMy only complaint were the pillows were way to soft and didnt offer my neck the support I needed. This is just me issue. I will be booking again and just bring my own pillow.
It was far enough off the main strip to be quiet but still close enough for shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Also I liked all the dove products and an excellent shower!
