Quite noisy in hallways into the evening and thin walls. I heard a baby crying in the middle of the night so not the best sleep.

The ceilings/floors but be THIN. We were exhausted after a day at Michigan Adventure and ready for bed. It was at about 10:30, the people staying in the room above us starting stomping around which lasted until after midnight. The stomping began again at 5:40 and last all morning until about 10am.

It was clean and everything was kept very nice. You could tell the people staying there were also enjoying their time there. Staff were friendly- especially the woman who worked the breakfast area!

My only complaint was that we choose this hotel because it mentioned having streaming services (like Netflix) in the rooms. However, when we arrived, even though Netflix was an option on the remote, it kept saying it was unavailable whenever we clicked on it. The hotel staff informed us that they didn't have the correct remotes, so accessing Netflix in the room was unavailable. This was by no means a deal breaker on whether or not you should stay at this hotel, and I would stay here again without hesitation, but it was a bummer because my daughter and I were looking forward to bingeing some netflix over the weekend. We ended up going next door to Meijer and purchased an Amazon Firestick which worked perfectly for our plans.

The gentleman at the customer service desk when we walked in at 6pm wasn't overly friendly. He made it feel not so welcoming. The pool area was small and very loud even with only a few people. Would have loved to have a hot tub.

The breakfast was wonderful. Great assortment to choose from and the food was nice and hot. We were there with 2 kids and even saw many other families with children and yet our room was quiet and the hallway wasn't very noise.

The fitness center could use a trash can and water source for drinking water. The TV had been removed so there was no way to catch up on news during a workout. Equipment was in great shape and adequate for a workout. Also, there was no way to regulate the temperature of the fitness center, and it was pretty hot in there.

Hotel is new but looks like they hurried to finish build. Finishes not complete or cleaned up - I.e. grout and caulk smeared on trim in bathroom, stickers still on cabinets in bathroom, just generally seemed like it was missing finishing touches.

Hotel was brand new, clean, in convenient location near retail + restaurants.
