Breakfast had an overwhelming amount of people and all the food was very picked over and they weren’t replenishing it so we unfortunately didn’t get to eat

We were looking forward to the pool but room and the pool was dirty. We stayed two nights and three days and the pool area had not been mopped and I know it’s hard because people are coming from the beach into the pool, but it needed attention

Breakfast had a great selection and it was busy but staff made sure food was available and hot Location was great ! Play area next door was wonderful

Should have balcony rooms. They didn’t have the room I booked, gave a different room that was suppose to have 3 beds and it was still wrong, finally they did give some money back and we managed with a two bed room!

That it was newer and cleaner and breakfast included, view, being close to the water, indoor pool!

The pool door was rusty and would not shut and remained open. Seemed unsafe or that people from the beach could enter who were not guests. Employee told us to not open the door however door was already open and the next day , same. I tried to close it but it would not close. Also, facility was out of toilet paper, however staff accommodated with kleenex tissue. Explained due to holiday weekend they were short on supplies.

We paid around $1000 for 3 nights with no view. Pricey for such a small town.

Only had 2 luggage carts. We had to wait a short time upon arriving, but even after a long wait and hand carrying our many bags, there still wasn’t a cart to be found. I suggest you location tag the insufficiently few carts on the property so that hoarders can be found and made to give up the carts for others to use

No hot tub in pool area and no balconies, a place that has water front should have balconies or at least windows that open!

We liked the view and the fact that it was a newer hotel, it wasn’t all beat up yet!

Our stay in Oscoda was lovely. The room was great.

Lovely choices…both hot and cold breakfast items. Well prepared and presented. The dining area was pleasant and well cared for. Excellent coffee and juice also.

It was known there was only a smaller pool and that was satisfactory but it had floaties at the bottom. Seen what was thought to either be quite a bit of string or hair and black pieces at the bottom. There was also quite a bit of, what looked like, rust on the little shower station, the drinking fountain and the pool railing.

We enjoyed the room. It was very clean and put togehter. The bathroom necessties such as shampoo, condintioner and body wash was much appreciated as well as the size of the product. The inclusion of the hand soap and lotion in the same brand and size was nice too. Very much enjoyed the little gym. The staff was very informative as well as polite.

Two small downsides: 1 - The people above us were having a party, and we had to move rooms, no big deal not the fault of the hotel. 2 - The pool was having issues staying heated, so we weren't able to use it.

Gorgeous sunrise views, great breakfast with more than just your typical options. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfy beds.
