We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFor the price being on the higher side, the breakfast was a little weak. the juice was watery. the server or breakfast manager guy was a little off and unshaven. His appearance stood out right away and then the food was not that great. Now that I think of it, for the price, they should have better breakfast.
My family and I enjoyed the pool and friendly staff. I needed napkins plates and eating utensils late at night and the staff helped by going into their kitchen and giving me what I needed. This was above and beyond service, it was friendly care for guests.
