We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe pool was a little small/shallow for my kid but he still enjoyed it. Also, there were a few small trash items under the beds, maybe from not checking/cleaning under the beds but otherwise the room was very clean.
Everything was very clean, staff very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Have stayed here before when gathering with family. Comfortable with restaurants & shopping needs very nearby. Like that Dierbergs’ Supermarket and Target just around the corner. Staff extremely nice & helpful this stay.

United StatesI asked to book in O’Fallon MO. Booking.com booked me in O’Fallon IL - 55 miles and 1+ hours from my job, necessitating 2 hours of travel. I tried to contact Booking.com to switch the reservation when I realized the problem and received info that I would have to pay about $170 for the change (full first night of the reservation) PLUS the full cost of the other hotel. I was 5 hours’ drive from home and had worked all day. That option was out of the question. I was REALLY upset about the extra travel which was unnecessary. On 9/10 I left the hotel early in the morning, drove an hour+, worked 12 hours, and had to drive an hour to the hotel. That was so unnecessary. Booking.com offered no help. The hotel staff tried to be helpful but Booking.com was NO help whatsoever.
