We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything! I feel like these new Holiday Inn Express rooms are decades of listening to customers needs and finally designing rooms with modern guests in mind. I was traveling for work with my husband and the entire hotel made me wish every mid-range hotel was exactly like this one. The King Suite with sofa bed was perfect: Comfortable bed and so many outlets! The fridge/coffee station having a dedicated area separate from the bedroom. I was pumping for an infant at home and having a reliable fridge took away so much stress. I love the bench area for luggage (that is such a simple addition that is SO helpful). LIQUID HAND SOAP in the bathroom (finally)! A shelf next to the full length mirror and shelving in the shower! This particular location had the large patio and spacious lobby too.

United StatesThe smoke smell in my room but they immediately remediated it and said that they have tried to fix that problem before.
They were so nice and accommodating. The room above me has a smoker and it’s a non smoking hotel. They apologized and changed my room immediately. The facility was clean and the breakfast was very tasty. It’s a really nice hotel. We stay there every time we go Wooster to visit my child.

The hotel and its amenities are clean and newer. The staff was friendly. There was a volleyball team staying and breakfast was mostly gone and the team showed up like 25 minutes before closing and the staff made sure that the team and everybody else had plenty of food. Several departments helped out. It was nice to see everyone working together.
