Parking is horrible and didn't eat the breakfast because little kids had their hands in everything ( not the hotels fault but bad parenting)

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Coffee was great in the morning being freshly ground.

Only things I can say is the parking is tough becuz another hotel shares the lot and there is a crack under the room door so u can hear everything in the hall and the WiFi isn't good.

Nice clean comfortable place near a Starbucks and 7/11 in walking distance. Great Breakfast very impressed with this hotel!

The room didnt have bath towels and the shower design was interesting, however, since it didn't have a shower curtain the water sprayed out onto the floor. The remote control was missing i had to go get one from the front desk.

Comfortable bed and room. It was quiet considering that I was on the 1st floor. The air conditioner worked really well.

Floor was stained and shower needed cleaned better. Also, shower floor flexed and creaked when you were showering!

We were there for 2 nights and no housekeeping. At least we caught them in the hallway and they gave us more towels and emptied the garbage. The pool was closed for maintenance.

Breakfast was included in the stay. Many choices, hot breakfast, it was great. Parking onsite was free. It was in a good location for what we needed. A couple eateries nearby.

Breakfast was amazing! Food, staff, PANCAKE MACHINE!!! All of it was amazing! Cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, toast, hot spread, cereals, fresh fruit, pancakes, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juices! The beds were comfortable and bathroom was very large and accommodating.

A small problem with the cable TV channels

Location and accommodations were excellent. The staff were all wonderful - friendly, and helpful. In particular, Angela Brown, who managed the breakfast amenities, was helpful, kind, and a genuinely nice person, and is to be commended for her excellent service. We sincerely appreciated that we were able to bring our large dogs with us. We saw others traveling with their dogs, too, and all were well behaved.

The toilet handle broke and moved to a which was fine, but the bathroom faucet wasn't installed correctly. Cold was hot, hot was cold. Had to ask for more coffee and wasn't restocked when the room was cleaned.

Only negatives we found were the parking, Unfortunately we didn’t get there until approx 8pm so there was no parking spots avail except off the back side of hotel, and the elevators seem a little slow to arrive, was often several groups waiting to load

Location is great right off freeway, staff was friendly, lobby and all facilities were very clean including our room, bed was very comfortable and breakfast options were very good, husband really liked the coffee machines that grind your beans before each brew with flavor options. Pool and hot tub is nice sized

Room was small and chairs to relax in were not available. Lighting was sparse. Bedside lamp was not working. The desk folks promised to fix but never showed up. They were pleasant about it, however. Place for suitcases was skimpy and sink in bathroom was small for personal items. Not convenient.

They didn’t have towels at the pool, I asked for a towel at the front desk before going into the hot tub, she said she would bring one to me. Over 20 minutes later there was still no towel and I had to call and ask again. I only wanted to stay in the hot tub for about 10 minutes so I would have appreciated just getting a towel when I’d initially asked. Other than that everything was good.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had little almond milks which we were grateful for as that is not always available in hotels. We were grateful they had a working hot tub.

Less cereal options, because cereal is shit for athletes. I was travelling with my tennis team. Maybe smoothie options
