It didn’t seem like a very busy night so I wish they would’ve put other people in every other room. We had people in the room right next to us that talked and laughed all night long- could hear them in our room. There’s a bunch of rooms- on 4 diff floors- should try to spread people out a little for noise control.

When I checked into my room, I noticed that something very nasty was on the walls in two areas. I didn't want to look at it, but the man at the front desk informed me that since I checked in late, I had to wait until the next morning for housekeeping to clean it off. First thing in the morning, I asked housekeeping to clean it and they did. Also, when we checked in we were not instructed on how to properly turn on the shower. I know it sounds simple, but there is no visible knob to turn on the shower. After trying for several minutes, I got annoyed and went down to the front desk. The front desk employee apologized for forgetting to show me how to turn on the shower. He then pulled out a tub faucet from behind the desk and properly showed us how to turn on our shower. The tub faucet is behind the desk to show guests checking in, how to properly activate the shower. The man told me that some people had broken off the shower knob trying to turn on the shower in the past.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Eliza, the breakfast employee was excellent! The hotel cost was great. Most of the staff was very nice and courteous.

Breakfast was the best! It seems like no hotels serve bacon anymore, but there it was! So nice! And so many great food options! Also the gentleman who ran the food are was awesome and helpful. He kept it super clean. The gal at check in was super friendly too!

It is surely not a deal breaker but as others have said the location is in an industrial area with tractor trailer viewing … thank you to all the truckers that keep all American supplies Delivered!!

The room, beds, linens were all very comfortable. The room was roomy. 😊very Clean!!! Fridge, microwave and closet were perfect. The breakfast was amazing as well as the morning hostess ,Eliza, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs to be helpful!! She catered to the grandchildren as well as all adults!!! 👍😍 The pool was a hit with the grandchildren and grandma went in and played monkey in the middle with two of them with their football that they brought!!! Highly recommend!!! Great overnight stay.

We did not like the location being so desolate and next to an industrial area. There were trucks all around. The hotel alone looked beautiful upon driving up. We enjoyed the comfort of the hotel as well.
