The pool was small and only open until 10pm.. there was a family with children that took over the pool with large floating devices. And they were in the pool for 4_5 hours so no one else good enjoy the pool. This is not the hotels fault. However if it had been opened later maybe we could have enjoyed the pool too..

Unfortunately, their pool/hot tub out of service after the first night and they were unable to get it going throughout our stay. They did try but ultimately need more experienced maintenance personnel and proper tools for something like that.

We really like this property and have been there several times. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Key cards could be finicky but were easily fixed at front desk. Pet accommodations where a bit vague until arriving at hotel, but overall very flexible.

Hotel was easy to check into and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Made amenity info very clear and easy to understand while warning of local going ons that out-of-state visitors would not have thought to ask. Also had many pet-accessible spots, including grass for picky dogs.

The location was good just on the edge of town, and only a small drive into Tombstone. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be lovely if this was just a little closer to Tombstone so that you could walk into town for those attractions and leave the car at the hotel. But based on our research this hotel offered more and better amenities than those in the town itself.

The name says ‘Grand’ but it’s not quite grand. However it does provide value and comfort close to Tombstone with some nice touches like the outdoor swimming pool which is a great spot to chill at the end of a long drive, and a washing machine and dryer that available to guests (4 quarters for each load in each machine). Breakfast was basic but plentiful.

First room we were checked into hadn’t been cleaned completely. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the garbage was full, and there was a dirty towel by the tub. We were moved rooms, but it was an unpleasant start to our stay.

The handicap room was not fully accessible to meet the needs of my family. neither the soap/shampoo nor the hand sprayer could be reached by someone who cannot stand. there was not a non-skid mat. he did have a convenient seat, but our family member was not able to shower without assistance.

very convenient location of the hotel because we had a car. without a car. it would be a very long walk to attractions. with a car it was perfect! The stuff found perfect rooms for our group across the hall from each other, close to parking, and close to the lobby/ dining hall.

It would have been nice to also have shower gel/ body wash in the shower and lotion in the bathroom. Also the breakfast was very limited. It would have been great to have some cut up fruit and hard boiled eggs too. It was disappointing that there was no juice available for most of our stay and my husband had to purchase some from the front.

It was nice that they accommodated us and booked us on the ground floor as there was no elevator and as we are seniors it would be difficult to always go up and down the stairs. Staff as quick to provide additional toilet paper and towels when asked

The pool was dirty, no one cleaned the leaves out the 2 days we were there. The microwave plate in our room was dirty like the previous ppl that stayed there had spillage. They should put a small restaurant in the building since there are no local fast food restaurants and no one delivers.

On our way to the hotel on check-in day, we got a call about the ADA room I had reserved months before. They asked if I really needed the ADA roll-in shower. I stated yes, being in a wheelchair. When we got there, the room I had reserved was given to someone else. I rented that room because I needed it. I had to make due with the folding bench in the tub, which my husband had to lift me in and out of—not good.

It was nice that breakfast was available every day, but there was no option for those with food sensitivities. Three of the four in our party could not have dairy, and one could not have gluten, so it was oatmeal every day. Did enjoy that there was a pool and hot tub.

The very nice outside presentation of the hotel leads you to expect a very well maintained and high quality facility. However, carpets in the hallways were not well vacuumed and the guest laundry room floor was dirty for the 2 days we were there. Breakfast was meager with the juice machine broken and the yogurt dispenser not working. Our second morning there was only sausage gravy but no biscuits, no eggs, and no bakery other than toast or bagel. It just felt like the management was doing what they could to cut corners to save costs.

The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Our room was clean.
